It was pretty nice in here but we just had an unpleasant interaction with one of the workers. She may have just been stressed but the hostility wasn’t needed when we were very calm and understanding

This location is very convenient. Just off I-80, you can't beat its location. It's biggest downfall is that there doesn't seem to be very many adults working there between 11an and 1pm. As with many businesses, with high employee turnover rates, there just seems to be not many give-a-dangs given by most of the staff, with one or two members truly caring about their jobs and their customers. That being said, the ones who care, do what they can to keep things alive....

This particular Hardee’s feels like a tale of two stories. On one hand, the frontline staff is clearly trying—they’re courteous, work hard, and do their best with the limited resources they have. The food is consistently solid, which says a lot given the visible strain on the team. On the other hand, this location appears to suffer from a serious lack of upper-level support. There have been long stretches where it couldn't even stay open past mid-afternoon, and it seems...
