Ordered take out chicken fajitas and when I got home realized the tortillas as well as the rice and beans were missing.

My wife and I go to Hidalgo pretty regularly and love it but tonight was tough. I got a steak quesadilla which I get every time and it’s great. Tonight it had no cheese. I brought it up to the waiter who was GREAT and he agreed it needed to be remade. He came back out and said the manager said if I want it remade I would have to pay extra for extra cheese…. I declined and we left but am I crazy for asking for more cheese? Look at this!? Maybe I’m wrong but you shouldn’t be able to open the shell of a quesadilla because the cheese has melted it together… Hidalgo disagrees

I love this place so much, Sal gives amazing service as well as the rest of the staff. The food always comes out fresh and hot! Forever my favorite mexican restaurant
