Really cozy place for an amazing bowl of ramen and sushi! Staff was incredible. Ramen blew my socks off so good. Best in Iowa I've had so far. Very attentive and friendly. Had an amazing time.

Really wish I could give this place 5 stars... the ramen was excellent! Had the Spicy Beef Ramen, which includes a rib bone. Very tasty! But, the service needs maturity. I think they want to serve customers well, but I have to believe there is some management or ownership that doesn't understand Iowa culture. For instance, they close at 8:30. At exactly that time, the server comes over and says we must immediately exit- mind you, we were in the middle of conversation. He then stood there over the table until we physically got up. Very odd and disrespectful. A couple of other examples just don't need to be mentioned here. I hope management reads this and rethinks priorities a little, or else it won't be long before the restaurant will no longer be available to enjoy their food.

New favorite spot in Ankeny! The atmosphere, staff and food were all phenomenal. Highlights were the Takoyaki, eggplant buns, and the RAMEN! I had the spicy beef and the husband had Tonkotsu, both were rich, flavorful and delicious! Also, the portions were huge!! We cannot wait to come back again soon to try more of the menu.
The ramen was just what I wanted. The broth on the tonkotsu ramen was really delicious. The interior decorations are really interesting. The Japanese soda is unique!

What an amazing traditional gem. The atmosphere gets you right out of the gate. Very friendly staff, very attentive! The food is amazing: the presentation, the quality, the quantity... everything. It is worth it to try it once, but I'll get you continue to come back.
Came here with my older brother tonight and omg it tasted so yummy loved everything i tried will be coming back although not as often as id like because i drove an hour to get here ? worth the drive everything came out fast and the staff was nice
