Huhot is always amazing i mean i suppose that part is kinda up to you and your knowledge of what sauces go well together but i enjoy getting to play a part in the creation of my food and the prices really just aren't bad at all

Went to have lunch the other day and I walked by the two girl managers having an unpleasant conversation about another employee. What type of company are they running talking trash about their employees. Looks completely unprofessional. And I’m not sure if I could support a place like this. I have always felt like the servers and other employees do such a wonderful job giving wonderful service but I can only imagine what they feel having to work for two managers who do things like that. I thought this place is a business not a high school drama club.

For some reason, they always want to seat us in a back corner, out of the way and away from the grill. Difficult because I have trouble walking.

Brought rice that was not asked for. What a Wasteful excuse that they say it comes with everything. It doesn't at others. Just food waste that doesn't need to happen

Don't waste your time the asst.manger that was on Monday September 1st had a puss poor addtute and treated me with no respect and would not listen to my complaint she should be fired or learn how to respect customers

Service and atmosphere was terrific. We arrived around 5 pm on a Sunday. We were seated right away and approached by a server. After a few minutes another server, Risaun, approached us and apologized about us having to wait. After he took our order the manager approached and explained that there was some scheduling conflicts with the first server. We hadn't even noticed, but they had. Risaun took his job seriously and was always near when needed. This restaurant should be a training place for many other restaurants. They show pride in customer service and satisfaction. We'll stop by again when we're in the area.

Everyone was amazing but our server. We had to ask 3 times for our drinks till another server who was wonderful got our drinks. We had to ask her twice for rice, and waited 5-10 minutes for her to even bring our check. And before she brought it I had asked another server if I could even get our check! We normally go to west Des Moines location, but loved the ankeny location cause they have different options…. But our server just didn’t help anything.
