We shop here for groceries, use the pharmacy, post office, bank, gas station, floral shop and Starbucks. We can get a lot accomplished during one stop.

Meet my brother and his wife as they were traveling and I knew Hy Vee would be easy to find coming of the interstate. I was not aware that they had no wait service in the restaurant. They directed me to the bar area so we could order. Starla G was our server and she was okay. We ordered our drinks and took advantage of the half price appetizers. The chicken quesadilla was good for $4.50 they did change extra for guacamole but worth the extra money. Drinks at $1.99 for coffee and ice tea was a good price. We all ordered different entries so we had chicken sandwiches and omelettes for $10.00 each. Food was good but not sure I would return as I like to have a more attentive waiter or waitress.

We have experienced the Market Place in Praire View area for several years. The day we were there weren't many customers, but it still took a long time to get our orders to us. We had to signal our waitress for more coffee and when we finally got our order, it was minus the english muffins which came with the meal.
