Very pour service 9:30pm walk in the door and they stat they are not serving after 9:30pm. Even though there sign states 12:00am is when they are suppose to close so am confused on why we couldn’t gotten served. Very bad lazy workers in the night at this location of the ihop. They truly should invest in real workers that would actually appreciate the job and business. No where does it stat only carry out at 9:30pm. Nor does it stat that it closes at 10:00pm. Also am talking about a Friday night

We tried to order several things. No steak for eggs meal. They gave me soup no crackers. The store was so cold we had to leave our coats on. We drove 30 miles for this food. I don’t know what’s going on! Waitress was fine it wasn’t her fault

Every time I go here with my niece and nephew, we always leave with a smile on our face. The food is so good. The atmosphere is amazing quite loud sometimes but it’s a public establishment. I’m not picky. They’ve always gotten my order right and it’s tasty.
Parking: Plenty of spots for its location.
Kid-friendliness: Every time I take my niece and nephew here they have a blast, and the staff is so kind to them.
Wheelchair accessibility: All wheelchair handicap spots are directly in front of the building so easy access.

We sat for 30 minutes before our order came out. People that came in after us was served and received their food. When we said something about it, the manager said that they would place our order ahead of others but we were still last to get our food. When we got our food, both of our orders were wrong. The manager didn’t offer any solutions. We definitely felt mistreated and overlooked. We are regular customers at another location and didn’t anticipate this kind of service. This was truly disheartening

** UP and RUNNING*** Very exciting that this great place is back up and running, revamped with the new face, new name. Updated interior and still the Sorisso Grill vibe and still great food. I went within the first week of the reopening and they are packed. They are busy, and the staff are working hard. They now have pagers if there is a wait. The parking lot is a little bigger and if there is a wait you can take the pager to the car and wait. There is a little waiting area where a table used to be. The waitress was right there to get our drinks and then got pulled 6 other directions Our wait for 2 wasn't bad. The menu has been simplified and looks really good. It got right over to one of my favorite meals and ordered the eggs Benedict. South of the Border Eggs Benedict with the breakfast potatoes. I really appreciate that you can order a single or a double on this breakfast meal. My girlfriend ordered a omelette and the homemade pop tart that was suggested by the waitress. We got excited about the poptart. There was a little delay in the food but not going to be upset since this is the first week. They are still getting their barrings and the food was fantastic once it hit the table. There was so much flavor in my Eggs Benedict and the potatoes were not different from before the remodel, they were perfect.
