Server ignored us all while keeping conversation with BOTH tables behind us asked them if they needed anything asked them if the food was good and even read back their Order to them. Cut me off before I could even finish ordering mine to say and for you for my husband and when he told her I wasn't done yet she rolled her eyes and looked back at me and said what else did you want. Very unprofessional and rude

Our waitress seemed very unhappy. She took our drink order and asked if I wanted cream for my coffee and I said yes. She brought our drinks with no creamer, straws or silverware ames never came back so we had to flag her down. When we got our food and asked for more butter when she brought it she leaned over my husband shoulder and chucked it onto the table. Her personality could sure use an upgrade. He left her a $2 tip. I would have left nothing. The food was very good the service very poor.

Waited for over 15 minutes to be seated. I was flying solo was going to have a quick brunch. Finally walked out was never acknowledged, or greeted in any way. I will not be back. Also they were not busy there was only maybe six tables.

Very pour service 9:30pm walk in the door and they stat they are not serving after 9:30pm. Even though there sign states 12:00am is when they are suppose to close so am confused on why we couldn’t gotten served. Very bad lazy workers in the night at this location of the ihop. They truly should invest in real workers that would actually appreciate the job and business. No where does it stat only carry out at 9:30pm. Nor does it stat that it closes at 10:00pm. Also am talking about a Friday night

We tried to order several things. No steak for eggs meal. They gave me soup no crackers. The store was so cold we had to leave our coats on. We drove 30 miles for this food. I don’t know what’s going on! Waitress was fine it wasn’t her fault

Every time I go here with my niece and nephew, we always leave with a smile on our face. The food is so good. The atmosphere is amazing quite loud sometimes but it’s a public establishment. I’m not picky. They’ve always gotten my order right and it’s tasty.
Parking: Plenty of spots for its location.
Kid-friendliness: Every time I take my niece and nephew here they have a blast, and the staff is so kind to them.
Wheelchair accessibility: All wheelchair handicap spots are directly in front of the building so easy access.
