Everything you want in a cute little breakfast place. Nice outdoor seating, good service, and tasty food! I had the cinnamon roll, some eggs, and a parfait. I also tried a bite of one of their little poptart/toaster strudel-looking puffy pastries and it was delicious! I will definitely be coming back 💕
I’ve been here a few times now and this is by far the best breakfast spot in Ankeny. Their homemade pop tarts are insanely freaking good, the biscuits and gravy tastes authentically homemade, the French toast is covered in CTC and is thick and fluffy, the hash brown bowls are totally loaded with meats and toppings, and I could continue but I think you get the point. Just go eat here, you won’t regret it.
Top notch everything! The service, the food, the prices, the clean tables and floors. This is what your perfect breakfast spot looks like! (Gotta have a pop tart when you’re there!)
