Jersey Mike's Subs

For the prices of the food it should at least be made right and not skimp on ingredients. It seems if you ask for extra of anything they end up giving you less. The past couple times have been disappointing. Asked for extra onions and no tomatoes and this is what I get.

Found what was presumably a pet hair in my one of my sandwiches and both of them were smothered in oil. Other than that it was fine.

This was my first time at Jersey Mikes. The food was excellent. The building was too hot..for workers and guests.

I was not impressed with the time it takes to get a sandwich. Maybe this is normal there for this type of sandwich prep. However, it wasn’t worth the time.

The workers were kind and friendly.

I love the food, but the service at this location isn’t great, so slow, and you’re going to wait 15-20 minutes no matter what you order or how busy it is. I wouldn’t go when you’re in a hurry or on a time crunch because you will be late to whatever your next stop is. I’ve given it multiple chances and every time it is so slow. It doesn’t matter if I order on the app ahead of time, I go at the time it’s supposed to be done and I’m still waiting 10 more minutes. If I order there it’s equally as bad. I hope they can get this figured out and I definitely understand staffing and how hard it can be to find staff, but I feel like they always have plenty of people working but no one is ever in a hurry. Would love to keep supporting them but sometimes time just doesn’t allow.

I like this location. I don't usually have to wait long and the staff is pretty friendly. My only complaint is that the meats tend to touch one another, and I don't eat pork. But that's not their fault. Corporate expectations can be a failure to streamlining sometimes, and multiple slicers are expensive. Keep up the good work! I'll definitely be back.

I came in on the 4th of July it was busy but Chris and Maggie took care of me while they were taking care of everybody else and did a super wonderful great job. Thanks for recommending the jar of pepper relish Chris!!!! If you go there definitely take care of these guys cuz they're going to take care of you much appreciated happy 4th of July!!!

I went in to Jersey Mikes today at the Ankeny, IA location- I don’t typically leave reviews but today I was absolutely disgusted. I spent $46 (with leaving a tip) on 3 regular sandwiches, 3 fountain drinks and 2 bags of chips. I was getting my Grandma lunch and wanted to get her unsweetened ice tea vs a soda- as I was getting ice, I noticed the iced tea brewing machine didn’t have a lid on it- the tea was brewed and full to the top- it was just exposed to everything. I could have stuck my hands in the tea if I wanted to. I asked the lady working if it was fresh or what was going on with the tea and that I thought it was gross it didn’t have a lid, and let her know the entire container of tea was uncovered, she said it had been like since this morning because the lid was dirty and she was needing to get it washed- meanwhile this was 2PM. So today you served iced tea that was not being properly stored for HOURS!

I ordered 2 subs for pick up at 11:30, I know Jersey Mikes takes a while for mobile, so I came 30 mins later at 12:00. I did not see my order being made, and I was not acknowledged by any employees for 45 mins. During this time, at least 20 people went through the line and everyone else was getting their orders made and handled for them, even though they ORDERED AFTER ME. My order was not made until 12:15 and handed to me at 12:20. I do not mind waiting for my food but does it really take 45 mins to make two sub sandwiches that I ordered 30 mins in advanced? Don’t come here they’re really slow and don’t care about customers waiting.

We showed up 10 minutes before close, hungry, after a long day of a family funeral, and they were gracious to make us 4 sandwiches with smiles!!!! So thankful for the kindness of the workers helping us out.

Sub ordered. Drove 5-10 min. Waited 20+ subs bot even started. At 1:30p. Only 2 other customers in line. I dont care how good the food is I'm taking my business elsewhere if you can't start a cold sub in 30m
