Jersey Mike's Subs

For a fast food sandwich chain, Jersey Mike's lacks efficiency, wait times to get ones order is between 30 - 45 minutes, the order taker is taking orders while slicing deli meat, customers have walked out due to the wait times to place an order, orders taken the old fashion way... paper and pen, line is half way out the door. Not sure how Jersey Mike's had been able to remain in business, but would not recommend them to family and friends. Would suggest Wich Wich, Pot Belly, or some of the other cheaper sandwich places where the flow is a lot more organized.

Food was delicious and the staff went above and beyond!! Very friendly and a positive experience every time! Way better than Subway and much fresher!! Great experience! We will be back!

The slowest crew of people incapable of multi-tasking I have ever seen!! No one should have to wait 40 minutes for a sub!

Consistent, quality staff, nice store layout yields plenty of space. Menu is exactly as you know. Kind customer service at a reasonable price. Lots of parking.

Disappointed today. I ordered a #9 (Club) and a #17 (Philly Steak) around 12:45 p.m.
Spouse didn't want his Philly Steak for lunch, he would save it for dinner.
Open the wrapper, it wasn't a Philly, but another Club.
He can't have mayo, so he can't eat this.
Disappointed that communication between team members doesn't happen between the grill and cold prep. And no quality check happens when bagging up to go orders.

Not one piece of steak on this sandwich ordered it for delivery cost me over 25

Good luck getting your food on time if you order online. I ordered online, waited until the window for pickup, and still had to wait over 15 minutes for them to give me my order. Which was 1 sandwich. Stood there looking like a dummy until someone finally asked what my name was, then she picked my sandwich off the counter, where it had sat since before I arrived, and bagged it and gave it to me. I feel like this is the cashier's fault, as she was responsible for ensuring the online orders behind her were bagged and put on the pickup shelf. Saw her just standing there multiple times, even though she had multiple orders to bag. Will NOT be going back to this location.

The store was really busy but the staff did a great job handling all the customers. Kallie and Ashley seemed to be ones in charge and made sure my kid got some attention while watching them make the food.
