Jessie Bobs Creole Pasta

Smoke House Jambalaya
Jessie bob starts with fresh vegetables and ripe plum tomatoes, slowly simmers them with jethros slow smoked gulf shrimp, chicken sausage, and white nice rice to make this creole casserole. Served with a corn bread muffin.
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo
A cajun classic. Start with dark roux and vegetables. Jessie bob adds andouille sausage and smoked chicken and pile of steaming white nice rice, and a corn bread muffin.
Red Beans and Rice
Our pot of red beans spends all day simmerin on the stove with jethros smoked andouille sausage, pit ham, thick cut bacon and jessie bobs herbs and spices. When the beans are tender and creamy, and we ladle them over a pile of steamed white nice rice.

Stopped here for lunch on our way home from Minneapolis. Greeted and seated right away. Food was excellent. My wife had ribs and loved them. I had the brisket and burnt end sandwich. Very good. Server was excellent and very personable.

First time at this restaurant, food was good. Service was great atmosphere was fine. Kayleigh was our server. She was phenomenal. Very polite.
