Locked up knocked on the door and a girl came and answered she was oh yeah we're open ev9ery single light off the menu board was off to the drive-thru. She was cleaning she blew gloves on she went over and made are sandwiches with the same blue gloves on and came back and gave them to us

Terrible experience, would recommend any location in the Ankeny area other than this Jimmy John's. Ordered food for my family and myself, resulting in two wrong subs, and no napkins. Not to mention the attitude amoungst the staff and poorly kept store.

10/09/24 whoever the two that where working this night had a very hard time understanding order but had the ability to add some attitude. Asked for pepe with no lettuce no tomatoes and light mayo the women that was working said so you want bread mayo and cheese then i corrected and told her my order again me and the person on the phone that i was ordering for both said with the meat not sure who asks for a pepe and just wants bread if i did i would have said hold everything just give me the bread. When i had to go back in to get the sandwitch remade the guy that was working there seemed very agitated that i had to come in and get it remade said him the same order then proceeded to ask me what goes on it. The peeeepeee you got a menu with sandwitchs this isnt subway im not suppose to go down the line and tell you everything that goes on your menu for you.

Ordered the Billy Club. Whatever clown decided to put yellow mustard on the Billy Club should be fired. Guessing it’s another cut costs corporate decision, but it was the wrong one. The Simon was really great.

I had a mix up with one of my sandwiches because I speak too fast sometimes and they were all nice enough to be able to get me a replacement sandwich and a free drink for my troubles I believe the man who made my new sandwiches name was Raiden he was very nice and the woman who got me the free drink was Brooke. They were both very nice and accommodating I really appreciate it.

Online says they are open until 10:00 PM. However, at 9:22 PM staff told me they close when they feel like it and they’re CLOSED.
A trash bag has better service. I order online yet still have to wait in line for a service I purposely tried to avoid. There’s no Covid I can walk into subway I should be able to do the same for my carry out order.
