Update: The auto response, of course, says to click the link.. I already had filed multiple complaints before they even put the link in their reply, and STILL nobody from this store cares to even get back to the customer over a month later. I was not even going to post anything on here had they just gotten back to me, but they never do.. Drive right on by and go to a different location. I repeat, do NOT go to this location!!! Terrible service, rude employees, delivery takes over an hour even just 2 blocks away, and your order will be wrong more than half the time.

So they're asking if you want cheese on every sandwich now without saying it costs extra, putting lower quality meat on the sandwich, gutting the middle out of the bread on every sandwich now not just some of them (so I was told by the person up front) and charging more? Seems greedy. Not sure how much of that is this location specifically vs Jimmy John's more broadly, but I'm going to steer clear for a while. I'll delete this review if you walk some of this back.

Best JJs I’ve been to in the area. Friendly, never had an order mess up, and always give you an adequate amount of anything you ask for.
I ordered a bit with mayo, cucumber, avocado, and cheese, had the guy repeat it back to me. Was still missing the cheese, there was basically no avocado and the bacon was burnt as hell. Tried to call with no response I will not be coming back.

Apparently it takes 90 minutes to get a sandwich delivered now. I live 2 blocks from the location but couldn’t pick up due to work. When I called thinking they just forgot these employees do not care at all. Save the automated response I’ve seen on other reviews, the ownership of this Jimmy John’s does not care about its customers. I’d welcome whoever it is to prove all these 1 star reviews wrong but they won’t. They’ll send the auto response because they just don’t care. It’s becoming a sad world out there….
