It speaks volumes about how truly putrid this location is when I feel much more confident eating at a kfc on the east side of des moines. The service sucks, the food sucks, Idk how the health department hasnt stepped in bc literally nobody gets good food from here ever. Literally screw this place. I hope they go out of business

I stopped yesterday after work and all 3 employees were so nice.I asked for a 12 piece bucket but only wanted the legs and wings for chicken and they were so accommodating!The one employee and manager even joked around with me while ordering which was honestly kind of cool, because most people are so dull anymore.Food was so good & still hot even tho I had a 45min drive home!Thank you ??

Went inside to place my order. Got 6 pieces of chicken, only 2 were editable. The baked beans were like a hard rock. The green beans were cold shriveled & looked nasty. The biscuits were wonderful. The coleslaw was also very good. Went back to talk to someone, but got no response. The potatoes were cold & awful. Will NOT be back !!!!

Purchased a couple meals and a lemon cake only to find out once home the cake exp.date is 08-16-23...IT'S FEBRUARY 15TH 2024 there is literally mold growing on the top of my cake.

Such a rude restaurant i ever see in my life they kept saying there out of everything and talking so rudely I will never go to this restaurant and never will call again such rude people and workers.
I ordered three meals. First meal had 1 of 2 sides incorrect and shorted a chicken strip. Second meal was had soggy fried chicken. Third meal was okay. This was the last straw for my family. I hope this place gets new leadership.

Didn’t get a receipt, Ordered original and got crispy, missing one side. I live 20 miles away. Called to get it corrected and no answer. I will return the order tomorrow to get my order corrected.

If you go to this restaurant, be prepared to not order any food because they never have any food in stock. They say, or it must be that they don't like cooking food when it's Night time. The food is hardly fresh customer service is lacking big time. The food is hardly fresh. Customer service is lacking big time. Went through the drive thru took 17 minutes to get my food. They came to the window took my card I paid with. Then handed me my drinks gave me 1 of the 3 wrong. Then waited and waited for my food they came back to the window and handed me the wrong food and said I still need to get you two drinks right. I said no this is the wrong order. They took the bag back and went back and looked around to figure out what I ordered. Then after 5 minutes came back to the window and asked what my order was again. I handed them my receipt. It then took another 5 minutes to get my food. I went back in and requested for my money back or something as I was not informed of why I was waiting so long or what was going on. Just to get rudely asked oh you want to keep your food and get money back as well. I said I want something it shouldn’t have taken 17 minutes and I got no explanation. Was then told I could give you a cake…… worst experience at kfc in my life.

Today I went to Ankeny store... ordered 12pc tender bucket with mashed potatoes corn and Mac and cheese... got home and got hard chicken and biscuts.. Cole slaw a famous bowl and Mac and cheese... returned to store and Cindy fixed our order ... get home (I know I should have checked) and got mashed corn and coleslaw... went back yet again and had the rudest manager ive ever seen in my life .. I asked for a refund and he said lady without ur receipt ur not getting 1. I tried to explain that they took it the first time they tried to fix the order... I then asked for his and the gms name and he said he didn't have to give it to me... wow I was just wondering what kind of customer service this is? From time we ordered till my family got to eat was over an hour and a half!!! Worst kfc ever I will never go back... ill drive to altoona next time
