Manager was rude after showing up to pick up my order was told order was cancelled and wouldn’t make my order even though it was before close feel as though I should be contacting the better business bureau worst service of my life

Avoid this store if you can. Ordered from their website, it all went fine and when I received the order:
1. Crust was not cooked all the way, it was patchy at best
2. The toppings looked like they were thrown on at the last minute so they just fell right off when I tried to pick a piece up
3. Had ordered the stuffed crust pizza and the crust barely had any cheese in it.

Would have given one star but they at least offered a refund. This is my first ever bad experience at a little ceasers.

Ordered two pizzas and some extras. They only made the extras and when we asked them where our pizzas were they said we didn’t order any and he was super combative. Even after showing our receipt. Felt very disrespectful.

The pizza was exactly as you would expect - "good" but not because it is fancy!

The service and storefront though left a particularly positive impression. It's really clean and inviting when you walk inside, and I wasn't standing there forever awaiting help. An employee came up to the front counter in seconds, and I had my Hot n Ready pizza with me in a minute or two.

Not gonna lie, I was impressed! I'll be back.

Good place to eat and fast and much easy. But today I was in there and Customer head me was rude to younger lady and keep demand stuff to her and let her do her job. Think customer in ankeny need try work here like normal people. She wait on me she gets A+

The pizza is pretty good for the price. I normally don’t have issues but this time I was given the wrong order and was ignored by the two cashiers.

Decent pizza at an affordable price. When they say hot and ready, they mean it.

If I could give a zero I would the person who took my order at the store took an order for two pizzas instead of one after I said they made a mistake I got yelled at and was told i should have paid attention when I paid for more than one pizza because apparently they don't have to pay attention but the customer does the person wouldn't even say that it's their fault or to even consider taking one of the pizzas back and giving a refund. Horrible customer service extremely disrespectful individuals that work there will never go back.

I ordered through their website and was brought 2 of the 5 things. Dude who delivered told me to call the store, the store told us to call the dude who delivered. I understand things happen but they did nothing to help. Now I get pizza that's been sitting out for who knows how long. Would have been nice if they would have just sent someone out with the rest of our order instead of making ME figure it out. Usually eat here at least once a month and this is the worst service I've ever gotten there.

Avoid getting delivery they use Door dash even if you order thru their website .they only sent half the food when I called to ask about it she tried pushing the blame on the Door dash driver and did nothing to resolve the issue. Not what I would call friendly service
