My wife is from the Philippines and she said the food at Lola’s wasn’t like anything she had ever had before and it was awful. I know I thought it was awful and expensive.

The portion sizes are not worth the price.I'm biased, having grown up in a Filipino household, but the Filipino food is not good. I do like the fried chicken and the broccoli side. But again, you don't get a lot of food for what you pay.

Only had Lola's once but I've been thinking about it non-stop ever since. Excellent food that is customizable and fits exactly what you're craving. Would highly recommend!

Classic “Americanized” Asian food. I had the chicken adobo bowl, which was more like orange chicken than traditional adobo.Sauce was overbearing in sweetness and amount, which is a shame because the flavor of the chicken and green beans was good by itself. My rice at the bottom of the bowl was soggy and drenched in the sauce as well. Some people like this style of Asian food. I prefer the authentic Filipino flavor and this just isn’t it for me personally.

Our family orders here about every other week! We love the lumpias and the achar sauce, and our 3 year old daughter loves the crispy chicken and broccoli. Easily one of our favorites and we love supporting local!

Fine is the perfect word. Our experience was fine. Okay. Mediocre. Unfortunately, no pictures because we didn't get anything that was worth really taking pictures of. The serving sizes of our bowls was small for the price, and my crispy chicken could have used a few more pieces. I had a ton of rice and veg left. My husband's bowl was missing every topping and sauce he had ordered. Our friends' order was forgotten, even after being told when our food came out (we had ordered after them) that there's would "just be a few minutes." They were very apologetic when they realized, and offered them a free menu item. They chose the fritters, but unfortunately when they arrived they were completely frozen in the middle. The food was okay. The service was okay. The atmosphere was not anything like I expected, and the online menu and website had quite a few differences from what they were actually serving. While it was fine, there are way too many options in there area to warrant a second try.

This was my first time eating at Lola’s and it did not disappoint. I ordered the vegetable fritters with biriyani rice and slaw. I tried the mango chutney and sweet chili sauce - and they were some of the best sauces I’ve ever had. Excellent flavors all around and my food was ready within a few minutes. Being vegan and GF can be a struggle when eating out - but not at Lola’s! They even have GF breaded tofu. I cannot wait to try it again!

Just got an UberEATS from here. Ok now a little pricey for the amount of food. But wow on flavor! I'm thinking cause I had it delivered thru Uber it was prolly more expensive then if I had gone in person. And maybe just chopped fine into the pork maybe? But no celery onion or carrot in the glass noodles. But again. The flavor! Just wow. Going to go in person next time hopefully that'll be better for size and the driver doesn't pick up three other orders after mine.

Absolutely amazing! Ordered the crispy chicken bowl with green chutney and it was incredible. My fiancé made his own bowl with noodles, pork, and slaw and it was equally as delicious. My only complaint is that you can't buy the green chutney to take home. So good!!

Absolutely yummy! The acha sauce and the fire sauce were amazing! A must try place! I'm vegan and didn't miss a beat while eating here!

Very little amount of food, with almost no meat. Beans look like they came from a can.

Do not come here expecting authentic Filipino food. It is fusion. Think TexMex. However, food is amazing. Sauces are amazing as well. But definitely not authentic.

The staff here is extremely rude. I ordered EXTRA sauce and didn't get NO sauce. I went back into the restaurant to tell the male worker that I didn't have any dipping sauce in my bag for the lumpia. He basically made it seem like I was lying and told me I had an "attitude". Majority of the time I come here I have to deal with rude workers.

I really enjoy the vibe. It's small and reminds me of a similar place in St Louis that I miss. Great staff and food. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back for more food.

It is far from a fine kitchen and not very good Filipino food at all. I would not recommend this place at all.
