the food at this place is amazing. try the bangers and mash. they've got real irish guinness on tap, not the fake american "guinness" that most bars have. and sometimes there's even live musicians performing irish music. too many bars don't stick to their themes and end up just being generic bars, but this irish bar is fully committed to being as irish as they can be, which i enjoyed

Love's this place! I'm town for the weekend. Erect twice. Their curly potatoe wedges are sooo good! The fish is delicious. One of the best tater sauces I've had hands down. Great atmosphere and staff. Location is perfect. I sure hope that area gets more for traffic. It's a really great feel.
Wife ordered salmon, it came rotten, was missing its vinegarette, bartender didn't refill drinks, and refused to take salmon off bill.

Tables are very close together, hard to navigate to restroom. We were sat at a round high top table with a glass cut out, the ring of dirt and crumbs around it was off putting and the condiments bottles in the middle needed wiped off. At 1215 pm they were not serving the fisherman chowder. She said not for another hour??? I asked if there was anything else on the brunch menu that was not available and had her roll her eyes at me. Son's over easy eggs were over hard. My 2nd choice, a scramble, was ok if not really hot. Waitress was friendly but stood at talked to her friend at the bar for 10 minutes while holding the box we requested. Hostess was smiley and friendly.

The lunch specials were less food than we anticipated, but still a reasonable deal. The fried brie appetizer had not enough brie, way too little jam, and too many "bread" chips.
I substituted a chicken breast for my burger and it was--at most--a third of a chicken breast.
With that said, the service was good, the drink selection was great (they have Magner's on tap!), and the atmosphere was fantastic.
I plan to visit again to order different food.

First time here and the food was amazing. Had the corned beef and cabbage soup which was delicious. Wife had the Reuben which was stacked deep with corned beef. The cod sandwich was delicious. We had the Apple amaretto sour cocktail which was great. Our server Haley was the best. We will be back
