Stopped on our way back home from a trip. 1 couple got food fast…food was cold. 2nd couple waited over 1/2 hour and we ended up leaving without the 2nd couple food. I get it’s McDonald’s but we even approached a worker and she wouldn’t even acknowledge our concerns

The food is as good as you expect McDonald's but the service is awesome and everyone is so nice. The atmosphere is also great, it's clean, it has a play place for kids, it's overall a great experience for a McDonald's. NVM multiple wrong orders wouldn't recommend.

We stopped at mcdonald's on our road trip just to pick up ice creams and use the bathroom. It was quite busy when we arrived, and only one person working the register. It took me a bit to figure out you had to order from a screen, as I had not been to Mcdonald's in a while. We ordered our 99 cent cones, which turned out to be about $2.49 apiece. You can tell how long it's been since i've been to a mcdonald's. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed when I saw what I was being charged for so I asked for mine in a cup and was charged instead for a Sunday, which was even more money. I did not complain but I do want to mention that the gentleman that brought me my husband's ice cream cone had his hands all over the cone itself. I let my husband know, and he dumped his ice cream into my cup and threw out the cone. Disappointing visit.

Very under staff which I understand nowadays cause people don't want to work but I shouldn't have to wait 15 plus minutes for my order when the restaurant was dead last night. Plus isn't the McDonaldland shake supposed to be blue and pink?? Because I got blue and white! Very disappointed on the shake more than anything.

We ordered 3 online orders, and they give us only two order When talked to them, the manager kept saying we gave you two orders, that all you ordered. I showed her all 3 receipt and then instead of apologizing, she said you guys ordering too many times, this time I will give it you like she giving it for free to me; I is that our fault or you should verify who you give orders. Very rude and unprofessional behavior.

Don't know who the kid was working the drive through at about 7:45 on September 3rd 2025, but he seriously needs to turn the volume on his voice up. Could barely hear him on the speaker and when I went to pay at the window I could hear him at all.
