Made a quick stop for a bite to continue on our journey. Used the kiosk to order. We have a toddler along, ordered her a nugget meal & opted for the under 3 toy- we lucked out with a book! :) Surprised to have a play place & was full of older kids (7+y.o)

Fries were fresh so that was nice, but this is the 3rd time at this location and everytime they're out of pies!!! They take 7 minutes to cook and when you're down to 1 or 2 left, you should be putting more in!! Not run out and not make more for customers.

🍟 was like left over from night before Hamburger was giant on pic but when I received it was kookie size and cold, I have to beg for salt , didn't get drink for my grandson's happy meal, you need real Hamburger? Go across the street, whopper is still best

No ketchup packets out no refills and if you ask for ketchup or jelly they just look at you. The employees are rude and have no customer service skills whatsoever. Also no one likes to order from a kiosk.
My sandwich was falling apart when I got. The didn't bring my drink or my son happy meal toy or my other sons ranch. Now either of these not such a big deal as we ate inside but had we been in the car and I had got my sandwich the way it was or they had forgotten our other stuff it woukd have been. A much bigger deal

I ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles. Eggs were warm, cheese was burnt and the griddle cakes were hard and chewy like they were microwaved way too long.

We stopped over the lunch hour on Sunday Oct 20, 2024. We had 3 kids two adults and naturally busy over lunch. We opted to dine-in and ordered our food at the kiosk. It took roughly 20 minutes to get our food. My double quarter pounder was raw after biting into it. I took it back to the counter and the lady took it from me without an apology and yelled back to the cook to put another one on. Never mentioning that it was raw. I should've taken a photo. She acted like I was a bother and took at least 10 more minutes to get my burger remade. McDonald's has lost my business due to the fact that two days later an Ecoli death was reported from someone consuming raw product.
