This McDonald's is the slowest one I've ever been to! The Doordash order only paid $6.50, but the wait was over 30 minutes at the store. Factor in the drive there and to the customer's home and my gas expense and it's not even minimum wage!

Terrible Experience in every aspect. Rude workers, long waits, forgetting items, having to wait around for 20 -30 minutes just for a worker to come and take care of the individuals in the lobby. It’s not busy the workers are rude and slow. Never coming back. Food was cold too. Worker was digging in fries with bare hands. We told a worker to tell them to not do that and they continued to do so. Gross, unhygienic, poorly ran and even more so poorly managed.

This isn’t the first not so great experience at this McDonald’s. Last time the wait was incredibly long (there was one car in line ahead of me) they clearly had messed up that order and when it came to my turn they gave me my food and it was all cold. I expect it to be at least warm. This time (which was today like 10 minutes ago) the fries weren’t full, we wanted only ketchup and mustard on the burgers but the onions and pickles were on them still, we ordered ahead on the app and it still wasn’t ready when we got there, and they forgot a sandwich.there was only one other car in the drive thru this time as well. I get that it’s snowing and cold and you might not want to be working… but do better.

Ordered at one of the kiosks and grabbed a “table tent”. The food was never brought to the table like the table tent is for and I had to go up and get it. No human help was offered as no one was attentive to the front counter

I have worked at multiple McDonalds and have never had my chicken nuggets taste this good. My fries were fresh and so were the nuggets. They got everything correct. Very good.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 12 holiday pies at 8:18 pm on the app because we know it takes 15 minutes to cook. Got there at 8:30 and drove around to the window, the guy said it would be 10 minutes, WHAT?! The app clearly states that you get a VIP visit when you order ahead. Guess not! At 8:52 I go into the lobby and let them know that I would like a refund, which they did do, but apparently the person cooking the pies didn’t drop enough the first time, so they had to do another batch. This is exactly why children need to watch Sesame Street!!

I don't usually stop at this store due to the location but it was on my way home for once. Staff were super friendly and efficient, order was correct and clearly fresh, and I was even gifted a McFlurry 😍

Before I start this review, I want to point out that I understand McDonalds may not be the best place to work for many people. I truly understand that, so I hate to leave a negative review, but this has been an ongoing recurring issue at this McDonald’s. Every time I go to this particular McDonald’s I am never greeted in any manner other than an employee asking over the intercom if I’m using the mobile app. Before I get a chance to answer with a full yes or no I’m rushed to either order or give them my code. This morning, I gave my code and the employee woman said in a very rushed, assertive and impatient tone pull up to the first window. I pulled up to the first window, and then the employee said pull up to the second window and shut the window before I could even respond. I pulled up to the next window received my food and the cheese wasn’t even melted on my breakfast sandwich nor was it hot. I’m sure all the cheese lovers know how much you look forward to the cheese being melted on your sandwich and for it to be hot and ready. Furthermore, the coffee was warm at best. This is not the first time I’ve been in this type of situation here and I will not frequent this particular McDonald’s any longer. I do however enjoy the McDonalds near my home in Ames. For the most part the service is good and the food is always hot and ready.

Terrible service, I ordered a meal, they didn't send me the potatoes and when I called they suggested that I go bring them back, how crazy is it that I order them through an app because I don't have a way to go buy food

Just a standard McDonald's no screen in the drive thru it was pretty packed and updated older McDonald's so I couldn't review what they entered in. Paid then requested my receipt reviewed before the next window luckily I caught it there was in fact an issue. Then I told them what I had then I was parked with my food getting cold waiting on a single sandwich so needles to say good was cold when we got home to eat as a family.
