I needed to go to urgent care last night. Turns out I have a nasty ear infection and needed to get antibiotics from Hy-Vee's pharmacy. Now, I also needed to feed my daughters but was pretty exhausted and not feeling up to it. McDonalds fo the rescue! I ventured across the street to McDonalds on State Street and ordered two Kids Cheeseburger Happy Meals while the pharmacy was filling my prescription. My daughters were pleased with my choice. The prices were reasonable and customer service was adequate. The store seems clean and is centrally located for me. I'll return sometime in the future.
Vegetarian options: They have salads and a fish sandwich
Dietary restrictions: I believe they list caloric intake.
Parking: Free parking
Kid-friendliness: Kids love McDonalds.

Driver through is terrible at this location it took three times as long as the stander that’s McDonald’s corporation states as an average. This is the second time time, 15-20 minutes on average between visits, and both visit were non Peak times for the restaurant.

What is the point of a drive thru when you’re parking every car. Literally sitting here waiting with 12 other cars for our drive thru orders.

You don't go to McDonald's because they have the best food, good yes, best no. Go because of speed and consistency. Took 20 minutes to get food after ordering, speed is out. Consistency yes, same McDonald's okay food. Definitely no service since you have to do your own figuring out where the items you want are buried in the kiosk. Gave up and just ordered what the screen kept recommending. Price not the most economical either. Reason went, grandson had to have a croc for his bookbag like other kids. Nothing to do with the food. ?

Brand new McDonalds and absolute trash. Mobile app doesn’t work at this location. Took 15 minutes to get food after having to go inside to order. Big Mac was thrown together. Fries tasted like they had been sitting in the back for awhile. Will not be returning. Do better McDonalds.

Very dirty, no spot for napkins or ketchup meaning you have to wait for an employee to get those for you by the time they get to you your food is even colder. No refill station for pop. Not customer friendly at all.
