I've been coming here since they opened it seems and the staff used to be really good but they seem to get worse over the years. (Taking longer, less professional, losing my pickup orders, using dirty cooking oil, slightly burning the food). Since I moved to Des Moines I was happy when I saw them at the farmers market but the staff is always on their phone every time I pass so I never stop by. It sucks because this place used to be really good. And I would still rate the food a 4 even with some mishaps, but the staff is slowly becoming atrocious.

Been to their restaurant and loved the K dogs and trying a new drink. Had them again when they were working incredibly hard with huge lines at Summerfest Ankeny 2025. Delicious! The all beef dog with sweet potato fries is my favorite!

In the past few times I have visited this restaurant, I’ve had little to no issues with anything. Unfortunately, my experience on Sunday was not the same. I arrived to the store at 11:10 to find it closed. I waited in my car for a bit to see if the opener was just running behind, and the store eventually opened around 11:20. I ordered 4 corn dogs, and was told it’d be a 10-15 minute wait. My food was eventually done around 11:55. The food was great, and I don’t mind the waiting itself. Had I known the food would’ve taken 30 minutes I likely would’ve went somewhere else though.

Place was good but had an issue with my food, we found mold on our cheese sauce, made me completely lose my appetite.

Got the Korean corn dogs. i got the Cheeto one and also ordered the potato one. 7/10 for the cheeto one and 9/10 for the potato one. Service was okay.

This is a wonderful spot for an out of the box meal! The customer service is phenomenal every single time. The food is fresh made to order and the flavors complement each other in such an unexpected delightful way. This is a very interactive experience in a very unique whimsical environment. This place is always white glove clean. These are hardworking professionals here! The girl working the counter remembered me from last week. I very much enjoyed the small talk with her and I felt special being remembered like that. It’s a little touches like that that mean a lot to me personally can’t say enough good things about this place.

I came here today at 12:10pm and The only person serving was smoking outside in front of the store. First impression: “cigarette smoke smell.” Then, we entered and he didn’t even move to serve us, he continued smoking outside, he didn’t do anything, not even tell us to wait a moment. A customer who was inside was the one who informed us that the one who was smoking was the same one who served and prepared the drinks. We left upset because it was one of the worst services we have ever had, although we didn’t even have that. If you come to consume here, be careful, the person preparing your food may have his hands full of cigarettes.

Took 30 minutes for two of the Korean corn dogs and when we got them they had the wrong name and when we asked to confirm the order was ours she said yes. It was not ours at all.
