The waiter did not come check on our drinks. I asked for another salad when I got my food it was never brought. The waiter could care less about the customer. The worst customer service I've ever had.

One of my wife's favorite places. She has Alpha-gal, and I am probably spelling that wrong. (It's that tick bite disease that radically messes up your diet.) She once owned a restaurant herself. She is impressed with Olive Gardens' attention to detail with the freshness and temperature (cold) of the salad.

Had an overall very poor experience, only thing keeping it from 1 star was that the food was food however service was terrible. Wasn't offered refills on soup, had asked for another drink and never got it. Every time I interacted with the waiter the vibe I got is they didnt want to serve us.

We were seated in a half booth. There were 2 chairs on one side and the other shared a back with another table. Don't ever sit in one of those there! Every move they made I was getting jostled around. I even sat away from the back and the back of my seat came forward and was still hitting into my back! By the time I left my stomach was churning.
Out waitress was extremely annoyed that we paid with cash. Get over it. She didn't even know how to give change back. Sad these days. She also told one of the guys she was going to get him another coke, but she never did. She must have been having a bad day, I never saw her smile even at other tables. The manager did give me a gift card. I didn't expect it not the large amount. I'm giving the card away as I don't plan on going back.

Fun Bartender and Manager!

First time ordering for delivery. I'm sorry to say our food was cold and we order extra bread sticks and they were stale and hard. I guess we will only go to the restaurant and eat in.

When busy, everyone helps out.

For the money, not impressed! Kinda high dollar, we could've gone to a good steakhouse for what we paid for frozen, pre packaged food. Bread sticks cold and looked like they were placed in the paper napkin hours before we arrived, grease soaked and cold.
I could do a better lasagna (or course, again prepackaged frozen food). The gnocchi soup, bland, flavorless.
