We made the bad decision to go to Olive Garden late on Valentine’s Day and I can tell you I was pleasantly surprised by the service we got and the atmosphere. Instead of chaos, we had a server that was very into positivity and making sure we were well taken care of. I ordered the Chicken Marsala which cannot be oversold because it is so good. The food was hot and was as we expected. I had some wine which was delicious and overall it was a very good experience. We will be back!
I feel like we got forgotten about having to flag our server down any time we needed something, and then there were two bigger groups, each with little kids that was screaming the entire time we were there.
If I could give the service a 20/10 I would. D was the best server ever. She was adorable and sweet and outgoing and timely with everything. She also set us up with the chocolate mints. Best Olive Garden experience I’ve ever had!!
