My daughter’s been dying to try FroYo. So we decided to make the trip for her today. I walked in and almost walked out…if she wouldn’t have been begging me I would have. The place is disgusting and taking two steps your shoes are sticking to the floor. All of the furniture looks horrible. Employee had no uniform and her street clothes were a mess, and she was leaning over on the counter on her phone. My daughter used the restroom to find bugs on the floor. Sitting down there are ants on the floor and claw game machine. We were the only customers in the place and I can see why. We definitely won’t be back. There is no other FroYo around, it’s mid-June, and hot. This is your time to shine and you are dropping the ball so badly.

Website states they are open until 9:30, so we headed there at 9:00 (got there at about 9:06). Open sign was still on and customers were inside. There is a sign on the door with their hours that states they close at 9:00. Probably should update the website so people don’t waste a trip. Thanks.

Hey, I'm bummed about my recent visit to Orange Leaf. The workers weren't very friendly, which made the whole experience less enjoyable. Also, I was charged for a medium when I asked for a small. It's frustrating when you don't get what you ordered and the service isn't great. Thanks!

What an awkward experience. No music was playing and I felt the stares of the employees lol. Besides that, I enjoyed the frozen yogurt! The consistency and flavors were delicious. I’m very happy that the toppings are self serve now! Very clean establishment. I’m content and will most likely come back (:

Good froyo with lots of options. A little pricey to justify teenagers getting a paycheck to stand there and look at their phones. Tables were dirty and trash was full while 2 kids stood behind the counter not talking, but violently typing on their phones.

I love this place! The yogurt selection is solid, and the interior is so fun. I especially like the chocolate, orange, and strawberry flavors they offer. 100% recommend this spot! :)

Waited 10+ min for one of the two employees to even acknowledge me, as they stood there eating the toppings from the bowls up front. Once they did acknowledge me I asked for an Açaí bowl and she immediately said “I can’t do that right now” and walked away from the register. The other employee, stood there “refilling” the peanut butter with another empty container as he kept running his bare hands through his long shaggy hair. Horrible customer service, and very dirty & sticky. Workers just stand behind the counters on their phones eating the toppings or messing around in the back, when they could be cleaning the place up or acknowledging customers. The last 3 times I have visited, employees have always been eating the topping with their bare hands. Disgusting.

I was so eager for Ol to reopen for the season due to this being my #1 pregnancy craving. I messaged the Facebook page to find out, they were so kind as to gift me two bowls of my favorites to get me through until opening this March! I CRIED in joy of their kindness. Now that they have reopened I have waddled in twice this week alone for frozen goodness. I'm tallying up how many times I'll go until my due date this August. Might have to name my son Froyo. Thank you Orange Leaf owners for your generosity!
