Food was good but didn't stay warm for long because the place was freezing. When the workers in the kitchen are also wearing jackets that tells you it's cold.

Went through the drive thru and Jasmine was super pleasant despite being very busy close to closing time! She’s wonderful!

I placed orders today but I was surprised that each plate had three to four pieces only of orange chicken and has weird test.

I love Panda Express. I went there today and the woman serving gave me almost 1/3 of the normal portion. She kept reducing the amount little by little for like 30 seconds, like she was serving from her own paycheck. I paid for the bigger plate, but the portion was so tiny I finished the half chow mein in just two chopstick bites. It was hilarious...

Went three times in a row on different days and they would not provide white rice or brown rice. Fried rice only

Ordered honey walnut shrimp and teriyaki sauce only gave me soy sauce and instead of the shrimp gave me orange chicken.
I had orange chicken and rice and cheese rangoons. It was a break from eating so much American food on a road trip. It was delicious and I couldn’t express more, how much I needed rice at that moment. Thank you Ankeny Panda Express :)

Orange chicken is dry and practically flavorless. The sauce recipe needs some attention. It was thin, bland, and barely present. As an avid orange chicken connoisseur with 12k+ reward points, I’ve had this dish from dozens of locations across the US, and unfortunately, this might take the top spot as the worst.
Typically, a good orange chicken sauce is bold and vibrant, bursting with the sharp tang of white vinegar, a bright citrus aroma, and just the right balance of sweetness and heat. Here, it tasted like someone diluted orange juice concentrate with warm tap water and called it a day. There was no zing, no depth, no complexity-just a faint hint of orange clinging to small chicken chunks that are 80% breading. It was an all-around letdown that completely missed the mark.
Do better Panda!
