Horrible. Will not be back. No one at the counter. Ordered through kiosk. 5 coffee dispensers empty except 1 that had cold coffee. Had to hunt down an employee in the back who was rude & couldn't care less about it. Bagel was stale, hard & cold. Zero silverware. Employees in the back were loud & obnoxious. Floors, bathroom & tables were filthy. Never going back. Take a look at your reviews on Yelp & Google. 😑

Shout out to the Manager at the Panera Bread, north Ankeny.
I ordered lunch for both my husband and myself off the kiosk. When we were alerted to pick it up, they just had my husband’s order at the kitchen counter. I asked if my soup was ready and they didn’t have it on the order. The kitchen just dished up a bowl and gave it to me along with the drink I thought I had ordered.
I returned to the main counter and explained that I owed them for a bowl of soup and drink.
The manager at the register said, “not today, it’s your lucky day”.
I will be returning to this location for the kindness both the kitchen staff and manager displayed.

Never in my life has a drive thru taken 50 minutes, ESPECIALLY when I have ordered ahead of time. Each car ahead of me took upwards of 15 minutes to leave. There was zero remorse from the employees and when my wife called in to speak to the manager, he did not apologize and ended up hanging up on my her. Absolutely ridiculous. This was only one of my experiences at this location. Many times I have received incorrect food and delayed orders. This was the last straw and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I had never had any of these issues at the SE Delaware location.

You have ex employees hanging out at the pick up counter flirting with current employees (not as cool as you think it looks, bud). Therefore ignoring or not acknowledging dashers and customers waiting for their food/drinks. Management needs to fix this.
