Attention to detail and availability of stock drive customer satisfaction. This Panera had neither one. They were out of what I wanted, the coffee was not hot and they got my order wrong. Why should I return?

The food is amazing, one of the best sandwiches I've ever had.
The online ordering/pickup is super smooth and makes it super convenient over busy hours. The only problem is the parking lot is very congested during peak hours.

I waited in the drive through for 25 minutes, not even kidding. Not even a free cookie or refund. I won’t be back.

Ordered broccoli cheddar soup, came home with Mac and cheese with a 1/2 chicken salad sandwich.

The staff at this Panera Bread are always so friendly, helpful, and efficient. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with a smile and taken care of quickly. It makes the whole experience so enjoyable. Big thanks to Dan and the team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere—I’ll definitely be coming back!

I had a drive thru order a few weeks ago. I ordered two meals, one was rung up incorrectly. I’d only realized after I had already drove home in a nearby city. It wasn’t worth the drive back to get them to fix it so I called and asked for credit/a coupon or something for the inconvenience. The manager was very nice and understanding. I was told I would receive a e-gift card in my email inbox for the inconvenience. However, it never was delivered. Disappointed with the service and customer experience. I know I ordered the correct sandwich because it’s the same every time, but it was rung up wrong and I still haven’t been compensated for the mistake

I've had better store bought bagels. Also our tub of cream cheese was super liquidity. Disappointing, used to really like this place.

Frog In My Beard

Was in drive-thru last week and it took about 20 minutes, and that is not an exaggeration. It was literally just me and the car in front of me. As I'm waiting the manager tells the lady in the car in front of me that things are taking too long and they refund her the money she had paid. So when it's my turn I'm expecting something similar, but they charge me full price. Not a free drink, not a free cookie, not even a sorry or any explanation (guess since im a dude and not a cute girl i don't get the same benefit?). And for the third time this summer they forgot my sliced tomatoes on my grilled cheese sandwich. Let me be clear I don't normally expect free stuff for bad service, but the girl in front of me got comped. It was a 20 minute wait and you can't escape their drive-thru (i guess i could have backed out all the way, but it's a long drive-thru with a curve).

Panera bread is a company that sells gas station quality food marked up an additional 250% for atmosphere. Kinda like an Applebees. No fresh food here. Everything is made in a microwave. I would come here again for a cup of coffee though.

Very slow service. 20+ minutes regardless of how busy.
