Why did Panera discontinue their warm bowls? Specifically the baja chicken grain bowl?

I ordered 3 Bread Bowls but received only one. All 3 of the soups were only luke warm. I called to let them know about the missing bread bowls and it took over 5 minutes for anyone to answer the phone. Wnen I was able to speak to someone she gave me the option to drive back to the store to get the bowls or to get a refund. Considering that I only have a half hour lunch break, I chose to get a refund. She preceded to put me back on hold for another 6 minutes in which my lunch break ended so I had to hang up without my refund.Very poor customer service! Very poor food quality! I will not come back to this location. I did not feel like a valued customer and I would reprimand evey employee working that shift if I was the manager!

Barely any chicken on my Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. Very disappointing.

Placed an online order to pickup at the drive thru. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes past when they said the order would be ready and when I got home, I discovered they gave me the wrong sandwich. :(

The food is always very good, but I will stay away from breadbowl soup in the future. It had very little soup in it and it wasn't because of it bring absorbed by the bread. The bread was mostly dry, not much soup. I was very disappointed. So if you love their soup with bread, order the regular bowl with a side of baguette.

They are always out of ingredients, and they stop selling breakfast before the advertised time which makes us waste our time.

This is my go-to place for work around Ankeny. This location isn't overly busy, the staff is friendly, the food is quality, and the space is clean. Like other restaurants there are times when they are understaffed adding to the wait, but rarely will you have to wait more than 5 minutes for food!

The service is awful here. It took 11-12 min for them to prepare a bowl of chicken noodle soup to go. There was literally like 5-7 people working in the back with only about 4-6 orders on the screen. I was disappointed after paying 8 dollars for a bowl of soup.

I should have taken a picture of the meat in my roast beef sandwich. White Castles more meat in their sandwiches than the one I had. Overpriced and just not worth it.

I went after a doctor's appointment. The fireplace was on, so I sat in front of it. I had a nice atmosphere to eat a delicious bowl of cheddar broccoli soup, catch up on my letter writing, and keep warm on a rainy day. I took 2 crunchy cinnamon scones home for my 95-year-old Dad and me for dinner. Wise choice! ?Parking: Mid afternoon offers many choices for parking, including nice handicap choices.

Disappointing. Long lines if you order ahead. Hot sandwiches come with little to no meat or avocado. Salads come out with frozen chicken. Not worth the money.

No one works here anymore …. No one at counter, no one eating. Go elsewhere! This is an ownership problem! Please close down so a functional restaurant can move in!!
