I love their pizza. Recently began ordering gluten free due to a sensitivity and it is awesome. My son loves the cheese bread!

Ordered pizza and was told it would be 35-45 minutes. I arrived to pick up about 40 minutes later and was told it would be another 45 minutes items to an hour. I was told they got an influx of orders. I would be understanding if they were another 10-15 minutes. But not off by double the time. A big outfit like this pizza franchise I would think their computer systems are smart enough to give them better estimated times.

Ordered a pizza around 2pm 11/24. You guys undercooked my small pizza. So now I'm having to finish it off in my own oven. I'm sure I will get some nonsensical automated message rather than a refund. Not sure if I ever want to order from here anymore.

Horrible place. If they tell you 20 mins, plan to always add an hour on what they tell you. The store location will tell you the system is AI and the times are not right, and they are sorry, but everyone waits. Go somewhere else! If you think this may only happen once, it does not. It happens every time. You would think I would learn.

I love this papa johns so much have always had a great experience and I am a service industry worker myself so I always “tip out the ass” I placed an order tonight thru the app, it said it would be ready between 11:55-12:15 we showed up at 12:17 to what seemed like the closer locking up, my boyfriend hopped out asking if he had a pizza for Stefanie because the business lights were off he replied with “we did. We threw it away.” Still got charged with a tip and awaiting feedback thru papa John’s corporate.

The staff at this location are so nice and understanding. When I have had issues with their app I have been able to call and get my food even when the app had it delivered to a completely different location. Pizza is always fresh and tastes amazing.

They said my pizza would be ready at 6:05 PM. when my husband went to pick it up They told him it would be ready at 6:50 PM.. That's another 45 minutes that he has had to wait now. I then called the number of Papa john's and got a recording that said my pizza was ready. So my husband goes back in the store and tells them that and they said they're just putting the pizza in now.. What the heck?... My husband said we will not be getting pizza from them again..

when we originally placed this delivery order, we were told it would be ready in 50 to 55 minutes after charging our card we were told it was gonna be 85 minutes for our pizza to arrive. This is very poor communication and very poor service. Please make this right by giving us a credit or a coupon for free pizza in the future. I am very disappointed
Pizza arrived after 2 hours. And it was wrong order. This store should be reviewed thoroughly by the Franchise. Not a good branding for Papa Johns. Red Flag.

Our pizza was 30 minutes late (total wait time 1 hr 29 minutes). We understood this because they said they were super busy. However, the pizza was cold and getting hard already like it had been sitting for several hours. Worst pizza we've ever had. Ended up throwing it away. Won't order from here again. Very disappointed in Papa Johns.
