Online ordering is quite ridiculous. Inaccurate times when I start the order vs ending it even taking less than 3 minutes to add items to the cart.

Had great customer service from the gentleman at the register when I picked up our pizza tonight 8/15/25. My husband and I have been repeat customers for many years and our pizza is always hot and delicious.

Ordered pizza while headed home for the night, picked it up, got home opened it and it was the wrong pizza. Called to let them know they got my order wrong and asked to talk to the manager and supposedly I was. Well the lady was very rude, sounded like she had no idea what she was doing. She wasn’t even willing to do anything about it, until I asked to talk to the manager and then she says she is. She was very hesitant on even making it right. She finally offered to make the right one and deliver it because I have two little kids. Only thing is we finally got it and all you really see on the cheese side of the pizza is crust. This is the worst experience I have had, the worst Papa Johns in Ankeny, every time I order from them the service sucks. Consider changing your management, or find someone that actually wants to do their job.

I don't know how anyone eats this stuff! The papa bites were awful with absolutely no taste, as for the pizza floppy soggy cheesy cardboard....never again.

Ordered pizza for delivery tonight. Delivery service was great. The plastic sauce cup was placed directly on the cheesy bread. The pizza was so floppy that all the topping slid off into my lap.

I know the chain has suffered quality issues over the years, but this location does a great job. My experience ranges from completely adequate to excellent. Last time I went they put as much cheese and pepperoni on my pizza as they did when I was child and it was amazing.

Ordered a medium works for delivery and when it got here the dough was raw. Freaking disgusting had to throw it out. Will never order from here again
There was cash IN the box on top of my pizza!!! I’m livid! Then I called and and he said “the manager said it was okay”

Ordered pizza and was told it would be 35-45 minutes. I arrived to pick up about 40 minutes later and was told it would be another 45 minutes items to an hour. I was told they got an influx of orders. I would be understanding if they were another 10-15 minutes. But not off by double the time. A big outfit like this pizza franchise I would think their computer systems are smart enough to give them better estimated times.

Ordered a pizza around 2pm 11/24. You guys undercooked my small pizza. So now I'm having to finish it off in my own oven. I'm sure I will get some nonsensical automated message rather than a refund. Not sure if I ever want to order from here anymore.
