No, there is another girl back here but she won't do anything? Send her home, not my job. Sandwich good, felt sorry the only worker. 2:45pm Sunday 9/11

Very rude staff. Man came from the back to simply cook our food without a word and walked away without a word when he was done, not a single word spoken. Acted like he definitely did not want to be there. Quit if you’re that rude and unhappy.

Phillies are pretty good, but the process of ordering could improve."Fries? Are you going to have fries"I love the mushroom gravy.

Went here tonight, as well as several other times over the last year and a half—ALWAYS good. Friendly staff, delicious philly, hits the spot every time. Keep it up!! :)

I worked here for a long time serving many folks in the community their lunch and dinner. This place used to be amazing, but the regional manager is incompetent and won't equip the store with the right management or staff. I've returned here a few times over the years only to find the entirety of the store - everything from the bathrooms to employee hygiene - absolutely disgusting; the price hikes don't reflect the current staff wages either. 0/5 can, very sadly, no longer recommend.

This place has really gone downhill. Food wasn't cooked all the way through, the cook didn't know what salsa was hot or mild (though he was nice), the ice machine didn't work, only one frier was working and you can no longer serve your own ranch. Also it was expensive! A chicken bowl and an order of fries with no drinks was $14. Oh, and there is no longer beer available.

This place has really gone downhill. I used to like it a lot. The Ankeny location was good. Now, it is terrible. I couldn’t even eat there because all of the tables were dirty. The beef that was put on the grill was mushy because it had thawed waaaay too much. I got home and couldn’t even bring myself to eat it because I am afraid of getting sick. The worker looked super sick and unkempt and I don’t think they were keeping the meat and veggies at proper temperature.

Food was good but the service is terrible. The 2 people working there literally have zero energy. Also, what happened to the mushroom gravy...it was more like water.

The customer service was outstanding even though they were short staffed and not the regular crew original manager for this store or this store so congrats to them.

Just had a chicken Philly delivered to me from Doordash. I bite into this sandwich and it was one of the most incrediblely salty things I've ever had. I don't understand why this would be acceptable?

The bathroom was filthy, the floor was sticky, trash was overflowing, there was a dirty mop bucket in the hallway, the tables and doors were clearly not cleaned in a long time, the equipment behind the counter didnt look very clean, the guy preparing our food I dont think changed his gloves between touching the raw meat and then the bun and rice. The restaurant wasn't busy and the 3 employees weren't doing anything but socializing with each other

My favorite Philly cheesesteak of all time. Plus they have lots of other items to satisfy everyone. Lines can get long but that's just because they make everything fresh right in front of you.

The older lady with the glasses was like she didn't want to be there. Getting mad at other employees over fries. She threw a black tote against the wall out of agitation while we were still getting our food. The food is good but maybe the owner needs to talk to that employee.
