Worst pizza hut I have ever been too, always missing ingredients, forgot olives and pepperoni on my pizza. I highly recommend avoiding this store at all cost, and take your money to papa johns.. this place is in dire need of better management and employees, or lack thereof.

I came in to pick up 8pc bone out garlic Parmesan. I placed my order at 6:10 pm they told me it would be ready in 22 min. Now I finally received my food at 7:10 pm.
There was about 12 people in the lobby waiting No manager came out to talk to anyone. People were very frustrated.
You guys need to hire a better team with better Management. I am as well as so many people in this community are disappointed with Pizza Hut!

Placed an online order early in the day for pizza for my son's birthday party at 6pm. Pizza wasn't delivered until 7pm, with mistakes in the order.
Opened up my pizza when I got home, first piece I picked up had a long blonde hair on it. Threw it out, picked up two more pieces, both had the same blonde hair ingrained in the pizza that I pulled out. SO GROSS, they must not wear hair nets here

Call center first sent our pizza to Marion county not even Polk county which Ankeny is in.. couldn’t even have the right place and a driver was trying to deliver it, nightmare.. Decided to pick it up in hopes it would be better and faster! Pizza was horrible and BURNT! Unacceptable to serve a customer pizza like this. Now sitting at Dominoes waiting for good pizza! Never again will he do Ankeny Pizza Hut.
