I placed an order for a pepperoni pizza but accidentally forgot to choose the topping and only ended up with a cheese pizza. I didn’t realize my mistake until I got home. When I called Pizza Hut, they were awesome about it! They quickly helped me out and told me I could come back to get a free pepperoni pizza. Dave assisted me and was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Great customer service — thank you, Pizza Hut (and Dave)!

How is this place still open? Do everyone a favor and just shut it down already. They are doing no favors to your reputation.
We ordered the special with 2 large pizzas and cinnamon sticks and a 2-liter. We had 1 Supreme and 1 Cheese, both were Pan Pizzas and they were amazingly good!! The Supreme had lots of toppings and cheese and sauce all the way to the crust! The Cheese pizza also has sauce and cheese all the way to the crust and I heard it was excellent as well. This was the best Pizza Hut pizza’s we have had since the Ankeny Pizza Hut moved and went to carry-out only. I sure hope they keep the crew that was working tonight happy and they stick around because they made some excellent pizzas and Cinnamon sticks.

Worst pizza hut I have ever been too, always missing ingredients, forgot olives and pepperoni on my pizza. I highly recommend avoiding this store at all cost, and take your money to papa johns.. this place is in dire need of better management and employees, or lack thereof.

I came in to pick up 8pc bone out garlic Parmesan. I placed my order at 6:10 pm they told me it would be ready in 22 min. Now I finally received my food at 7:10 pm.
There was about 12 people in the lobby waiting No manager came out to talk to anyone. People were very frustrated.
You guys need to hire a better team with better Management. I am as well as so many people in this community are disappointed with Pizza Hut!

Just spent 63 dollars and it’s already an hour late….. still haven’t got it hopefully it’s right and atleast decent. RIDICULOUS
Opened up my pizza when I got home, first piece I picked up had a long blonde hair on it. Threw it out, picked up two more pieces, both had the same blonde hair ingrained in the pizza that I pulled out. SO GROSS, they must not wear hair nets here
