First time visit, at the Rise & Grind at the District in Ankeny, we had a Great experience, and the hot peppermint cocoa was very good!
Piper and Carson waited on us and they were very nice, and patient with my all questions!!

I just went to rise and grind for the first time today. The ladies working were so sweet,they helped me with my order and made sure I thought my drink was what I wanted before I left. I have been to many nutrition places and this one has so much flavor! Very reasonable pricing as well. I will be back!

It’s expensive, but their products work and make you feel healthy afterwards. Everyone is really nice and helpful.

Shakes are great tasting and staff is always so nice!

TLDR: Shakes are great, hate that they always ask me to "sign in".I just want to buy the product and leave. I don't want an account of any kind, for any reason.Aside from that, I question if the staff are knowledgeable about what is in their products. I asked several times on several different visits to different works if their shakes had dairy. They said some but not all, and that the shake I specifically was getting did not. I believe this company uses Herbalife protein, which has whey and milk proteins in it, which means there is likely dairy in all of their protein products.

The guy's and girls that work here are ah-mazing! Great option for breakfast/lunch shake. Mega Tea bomb for energy all day.

I have been here many times before but after looking into their supplier, Herbalife, I have to STRONGLY advise no one consumes their products. They have no real product quality control or any firm listings on what’s in their tea bombs or meal shakes. It’s all sugar and caffeine. Children especially shouldn’t be drinking this and neither should the general public.
