It was good, but the “Garlic Noodle” uses the same recipe as the “Garlic Noodle” from Silk Elephant. That’s how I deduced it’s the same owner.
I guess Silk Elephant is projecting itself as more “upscale”. Siam Table feels more “relaxed”.
They differ slightly in menu, but the cooking style is similar.

Not sure what happened to this restaurant. Incredibly disappointed with our Pad Thai...peanuts were stale, food was mushy, skimpy on spice...egg rolls were very greasy and no flavor. A lot of money for a subpar meal. Won't be going back.

We love Siam Table. Their food always hits the spot. We really enjoy their pad Thai and massaman curry. Everything always has great flavor and the staff have always been great. We always get takeout so I cannot speak for the dine-in experience :)
Pro tip: get high spice levee but ask for it on the side (they give it to you in a little cup with a lid) then you can add however much you desire

Fast, friendly service!! Great food!! If you love spice definitely try this place, if you're questionable about the spice level KEEP IT LOW, the medium heat had me turned red, and I filled up on Thai Tea and wontons. The Pad Thai was amazing, we had it with pork and ordered medium heat... So keep the spice in mind. The Pumpkin Curry also was really great, again keep the spice level in mind.

We have loved this place in the past and eaten here a lot but apparently they have recently changed their sauces to be vegan and/or gluten free, which changes their dishes completely. We ordered our regular, the Pad Thai with chicken, and were very, very disappointed. It now comes with a sweet, thin, red sauce that tasted nothing like Pad Thai. No bean sprouts, no egg. Just noodles (less than our previous orders), 2 pieces of chopped green onion, the chicken and a lot of the sweet red sauce and ground peanuts to top it with. Almost a soup. I called the restaurant, twice actually. First thinking we had received the wrong order and 2nd to verify what we had ordered and confirm we had the correct dish seeing how it didn't resemble Pad Thai at all. The woman who answered the phone stated the changes were made recently to meet the demands of their customers and that we had indeed received the correct order. We also had egg rolls which have changed as well. Less filling inside and less mix of vegetables but they were still good. They did offer to refund us the price of the Pad Thai (we did not ask) which was very nice. Unsure if we'll be ordering from here again.
