From the friendly staff, fresh made food and my favorite sweet tea I've never had bad service.
I've been to multiple locations in several states and only Chick Fa La and Raising Canes are as consistent.
Really like having multiple side dish options.

Overall good experience, when I got there I was waiting for someone else, and the employees were nice. It was super slow (only 2 families) at 5 pm which was slightly surprising. I ordered the classic tender meal with fries and got the extra toast on the side with the og slim sauce. 4.5/5 exp!

Food was way too salty… except for the chicken sandwich, which somehow had zero flavor. Dry, bland, and definitely not worth it (but hey, that’s what the fries are for, right? 😂). I ordered the 5-piece chicken tender meal and only got 4 tenders — and yes, I was still hungry. I called to let them know, and they told me to drive back to pick up a single tender or they’d refund me for just one tender. Seriously? That’s what passes for customer service now? 😂😂

I have no idea why I cannot seem to learn from prior mistakes. I've eaten here about 6 times in a little less than 2 years. I often see lots of cars in the parking lot so I think maybe this time will be different. Each time the food is fast and hot and the service has been fine BUT the food is bad! The breading on the fried pickles is so salty that I could not eat them and I love salt. They were sitting in a puddle of oil and were greasy enough I didn't want to pick them up with my fingers. Thin ranch for dipping sauce. The chicken club sandwich was also very salty and had brown lettuce. It was not as good as the three other chicken restaurants within a couple miles. Very disappointing.
Update- management responded to my review but it's highly unlikely they are going to put less salt in the food or only use fresh lettuce because some reviewers complained. My guess is that most people who have a complaint just won't go back.
really loved how the cashier helped me first time coming! Def great price for GREAT chicken and fills you up pretty nicely. great for on the budget college meals around dmacc too

I used to love this place but, I went today and had a chicken sandwich and it was so tough, salty and greasy. The fries were so salty I could barely eat them. My mom had chicken strips and they were super tough and her fries were salty too.

Reasonably priced to a bit higher, but the food was hot, fresh and tasted good. The seating left a bit to be desired. Inside was noisy with a lot of kids running around. We sat outside and enjoyed the food and weather.
Wings could just be just a crispier.
