I placed Order #40774100928905218 and realized it had been submitted to the wrong location. I contacted the store less than two minutes after placing the order. The employee I spoke with, Adain Nelson, initially advised that the order would need to be canceled through the app. I explained that cancellation was not available and that only the store could assist. Mr. Nelson then stated that the smoothies had already been made and were ready for pickup. Given the timing, this did not appear accurate, as it generally takes longer than two minutes to prepare the order. No mention was made during the initial call that the order had already been prepared. Assistance was refused, and no alternative solution was offered. As of this writing, the order has not been refunded. I believe it’s important to know that I am a champion member! Frequently visited this location when passing through! Aiden totally ruined the vibe for this location!

Owner of this location was very nice and offered to give us two kid size drinks, after coming in with a QR code from a game we had gone to. We understood the reasoning behind why we couldn’t claim it, he insisted we get one for free or money off. Really nice workers overall.

I drove around 30 minutes to order here and the guy who took my order, Greg, was incredibly rude. I pulled up and he starts with’ Go when you’re ready, what do you want.’ I accidentally mispronounced a drinks name, called the angel food ‘angel food cake’ and he went out of his way to purposefully correct me. Saying ‘We don’t have an angel food cake drink. We don’t HAVE that. Unless you mean the angel food drink. Is that what you want?’. He then proceeded to cut me off when I was asking for frozen yogurt and gave me regular yogurt. Ngl, I would’ve ignored all that if my drink was good but it’s watered down like they made 3/4 of the drink ice and doesn’t even taste like strawberries and bananas. Though the person on window was nice. I normally come here whenever I’m in Ankeny but I think I’ll be choosing another location from now on.
