Have been here multiple times after 6pm, ordering a sonic blast with toppings mixed in. 3/4 of the sonic blast is vanilla ice cream, with maybe a half spoonful of toppings. Have gone back every time for them to remake it, once having a worker commenting that they saw it being made by a coworker and they remembered how it was made poorly without saying anything. Check your orders before you leave!

We ordered cheddar bites and watched the girl working the window eat them out of the bag, the large bag we ordered was half empty when we received them, also the onions on the garlic butter burger was supposed to be grilled onions on it and there were not, as well as our cherry limeade and cranberry limeade was mostly sprite. When the girl brought out our food she didn’t say a word to us until she said oh here’s your receipt and walked away.

We waited at the window for 15 minutes for then to make our blasts, and we were the only people there. No one came to the window to tell us what the wait was. Then when we got them, two of them had shreds of Styrofoam in the ice cream! It was disgusting! However, when I went back to guy made us new ones.

was very upset with my experience. sat and waited to decide, then ordered. pressed the button, and i heard someone over the speaker, but their voice was unintelligible. i waited a few seconds before telling them my order. i heard a response but couldn't hear it again. waited almost 30 minutes before pressing the button again. once again, the voice was unintelligible, but i ordered. FINALLY, my order began popping up on the screen. finished ordering, waited nearly 15 minutes for my food, being the only one there. they almost forgot my drink. DEFINITELY would recommend finding a different Sonic to go to.

Waited 20 minutes before getting to the speaker (there were 2 cars ahead of us), and then waited around 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were at the speaker. Waited an additional 20ish minutes before getting to the drive through window to pay and receive our food. Where we then got the joy of sitting for another 10-15 minutes before receiving our food. All we ordered was a Diet Coke and fried pickles. The food was cold and soggy and they did not include the ranch we paid for. Wait times, food quality, and customer service are terrible at this location. Will not be returning.

The only reason why I’m not giving this place a one-star review is because of Michelle. She is the kindest and best worker I have seen in a while. This place does not deserve her and she deserves either a pay raise or a better job.
Besides from her, this place was an absolute POS. Food was okay, but waiting more than 50 minutes for some onion rings and a milkshake is unthinkable. Never going back to that place again.

Sat at the drive-through trying to order and the lady taking my order, wasn’t listening wasn’t paying attention and didn’t put any of my order in then as I pulled around after I decided to go somewhere else, I can see her in there laughing and having fun talking to one of her coworkers who also wasn’t doing anything
