Why should i tip the workers when they never even know what size drinks you sell? I swear every time i come here i get the same size and leave with a different size than i ordered. Only once did that work out in me getting more than i ordered. So you can take the money i wasted as a tip.

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. I go through the drive through almost daily and everyone is always so polite. One of the staff (I believe her name is Sara) is here almost every day as well and I have never met someone as kind as her in the service industry. Working in the service industry is hard and I always appreciate genuine kindness and enthusiasm - especially early in the morning. Keep up the great work everyone, you do an awesome job! :)

Ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. Asked to use my rewards and the guy went "yea yea" and didn't use my rewards at all. The sandwich was thrown into the bag. I couldn't even eat it unless I pulled over to unstuck the egg and cheese away from the bag and remove the top bun from the bottom bun. Yes....the top bun was UNDER the bottom bun. They just threw the sandwich in there. Defeats the purpose of a drive through if I have to stop and fix everything I ordered. I didn't order an inside out sandwich.

Pros and cons??Apparently....many locations are now....not allowing customers access to sugar and or cream. Kept behind the counter and you'll have to go to the counter and ask.Yes....you could have the staff add the sugar or cream at the time they are pouring the coffee but we prefer to add our own. SB's will save money across the country by no longer having the condiments out for customers....

This review has been long and coming. I’ve been coming to specifically this location for over 2 years. I prefer here instead of anywhere else. Also just want to give a shout-out to the manager. I’ve spoken to her on many occasions and she is such a pleasure! Since I’ve been here so much they know exactly the drink I order, and often it’s out and ready before I even order. I worked at Starbucks many years ago and remember how fast-paced it was. So thank you to everyone there for keeping such a great attitude and being so efficient at this store!
For the 2nd time ever, I ordered a mobile order to the wrong location, but the barista present offered to make my order right then and there!! I appreciated the amazing customer service, during the busy morning rush too! Thank you so much!

Dietary restrictions: I was able to ask for 2%milk instead of whole milk. Was nervous in asking for far less sugery drink. Drink I ordered had too much sugar ingredients added to it.
Parking: Parking was very small and no handicapped parking I could find.
