I ordered a peppermint mocha through Uber eats and it was supposed to come steamed hot but it came cold. Every time I have ordered peppermint mocha it always comes as a hot drink. this time it was on ice and cold.

I always go to the Starbucks in Ankeny on Delaware. I accidentally placed an ordered at another Ankeny location. Jillian was very kind and accommodating and she did not have to because it was my mistake. She took care of my order so that I didn't have e to drive through construction. Great service.

I had a drink made with whip when i asked for no whip and the cashier was soooo nice and told me she would remake it for me right then and didn’t have me feel like it was my fault. Her customer service was awesome!! I’m a frequent customer and I’ll be returning all the time. :)

When I got to the ordering box, I was told the drink I wanted was not available. That was ok, Starbucks has other great drinks. I order something different and ask for extra Carmel on the drink. Once I get to the window and receive my drink, no extra Carmel was placed on it. I asked the lady if they could add some more. As they are adding the Carmel, they left the window open and I hear one of the baristas say, I wouldn’t feed that to my dog. That really wasn’t cool. I understand jokes and stuff but it wasn’t necessary.

Ordered the smoked turkey protein box. It tasted like it was in the fridge for weeks. Bread was very soggy. Not worth $8.

Why should i tip the workers when they never even know what size drinks you sell? I swear every time i come here i get the same size and leave with a different size than i ordered. Only once did that work out in me getting more than i ordered. So you can take the money i wasted as a tip.

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. I go through the drive through almost daily and everyone is always so polite. One of the staff (I believe her name is Sara) is here almost every day as well and I have never met someone as kind as her in the service industry. Working in the service industry is hard and I always appreciate genuine kindness and enthusiasm - especially early in the morning. Keep up the great work everyone, you do an awesome job! :)
