I found it easy to pick up gift cards here for Christmas. The drive thru is east, but you can also be served inside of Starbucks. I have been inside here, and it was clean and comfortable. Customer service is fast and knowledgeable. I was taken good care of and enjoyed the experience.

Ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich and they gave me a sausage one. I told them I ordered bacon and they said they were out. Maybe tell me that when I'm ordering it instead of giving me something I don't want???? Ridiculous. 0/10 will never go there again.

Love the coffee and food. Was in recently and asked for light ice for my venti matcha latte and they put so much ice in there I barely got any drink. The picture is BEFORE I took a drink. And no it’s not a slanted cup. Also I enjoy the nice employees but sometimes they talk way too much in the morning and I just haven’t woken up yet

Been coming here for years as part of our weekly Target run. There has always been ups and downs with the staff. Currently it is at a low. Staff had been getting more and more rude. Drinks are not consistent and when asking for a remake they have admitted to deviating from the recipes. Their must be a management or training issue.I cannot remember the last time a stand alone Starbucks made a drink that was wrong.

I couldn't believe it today. I go to get my favorite ice chai nonfat and on the way home I couldn't believe it was almost gone and I looked down and 3 fourths of my cup was full of ice. For sure every time now that I go back I'm gonna ask for only half ice . this was really bad that they put so much ice in it. Felt as though they cheated me. Are we cutting down on the costs or what?

I was there around 11:20 AM on Sunday. Three young women were working. Unbelievably rude and condescending because I asked if they had a food item. A simple response would’ve sufficed, but instead I was met with hostility. I understand having a bad day or maybe I was the 20th customer to ask about this same item, but there is no reason to treat customers so poorly and as if they are inconveniencing you because they simply are patrons of your coffee shop. Training regarding customer service or reallocating this staff to not be customer facing should be considered. Super disappointed.
