Starbucks is never going to get 5 stars from me because some boutique coffee shops have a lot of delicious things going on and syrups are hand-crafted. But, this Starbucks does have friendly staff. Starbucks efficiency, ability to make well-balanced drinks, as well as to have something for everyone is incredible. Many smaller places either have overly sugared drinks or don't know the difference between iced coffee and cold brew.

Got there at 5:02pm. Was advised they closed at 5, as the car ahead of me got their order and left. Staffing shortage apparently. Really sucks they couldn’t help us, the literal last car.

My friend and I are regular customers at Starbucks. After walking into this specific location this afternoon, we were not even greeted before one of the employees, who was sitting at a table in the lobby, turned around in her chair and bluntly asked if my friend's dog was a service animal. We politely responded by saying no, and decided to give our business elsewhere. We have been welcomed in with her before. She is also welcomed into all other locations, regularly..so not only was this confusing, but the way the employee approached the situation was actually quite rude and humiliating, considering she was seated right at a table in the middle of the lobby. Let me add that the dog is a tiny little chihuahua. She was contained by a leash and harness, and in a dog stroller.

The barista made a swan latte that I couldn't bear to drink! The artistic sense of the latte is proportional to its aroma. Take pictures for 5 minutes and lick the cup for 30 seconds.

Ordered delivery 2 times because the first time they made my order wrong and then doordash refused to refund me. Then once again made my order wrong again 🙃 I give up on you guy I am paying too much for your location to keep messing up.

Employees become extremely rude and condescending when you don't tip them.
No lady, I will not tip you for throwing a pre-made sandwich on a microwave and pressing buttons.

Order a plain bagel and it didn't come with cream cheese... 4 dollars for plain bagel and apparently you need to ask for cream cheese? The cashier didn't even ask me if I wanted to add it. Adding cream cheese will cost you an extra $1.25. What a joke.. Thanks for my overpriced bread.
