Respectfully - this is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Ethan was scratching his scalp with a passion while handling customers food. Maybe everyone is new but it’s at least 10 of them working slow motion only two are working hard.. But Ethan be mindful

I've gone here a couple times when I've over that direction, but I hate going to it mainly because of the parking lot. It's too small, and the company has the money to buy a little more land that they could have expanded it.

I gotten in the habit of ordering Americano coffees. I like my coffee really hot and Americano’s should be perfect for me. The last several times I ordered from this store the Americano was barely warm. This store seems to have too small of a heater for all of the hot drinks. They should add an additional hot water heater for these drinks. A thermometer would also be a good indication that the water is not hot enough. Americano’s should never be tepid.

Paid 8 dollars for a drink today and unfortunately it wasn't even full when I got it. I understand when making two of the same drink you measure both out and pour but if the glasses are not full I expect you to fix that. I've had this happen at this location before and it is truly upsetting that I am not getting what I pay for per drink. Hopefully they will take an extra second to measure and pour correctly.
Been a long time customer but this afternoon the drive thru gal berated me for ordering through mobile 2 minutes before reaching the drive through order kiosk. My question is this, WHAT THE HECK IS THE DIFFERENCE than ordering at the kiosk? Is there new push to alienate customers at this location? Do Better. Customer service needs work. Also, the drink wasn't correct. FOCUS more on that instead of talking down to the people supporting your damn business!
I don't drink coffee so I get without. Normally no issue. I get the Carmel ribbon crunch every time. Today it was $3 more than if i would of ordered it with coffee... i asked why and they said it's the way they have to ring it up. They would not give me the regular price. I declined and left.

Starbucks us definitely a favorite for my daughters. They love their Starbucks drinks. The employees here always seem friendly and courteous as far as I see, and our drinks always come out correctly and in a prompt manner.
We went into the store once and also thought the coffee shop seemed clean and inviting. All in all, I would recommend this Starbucks location.

This is the 2nd time my order is wrong going thru the drive-thru. I get it it's busy in the morning but I pay for my drinks just like the other people too. I order iced quad expresso with some other flavorings but I got ice bld vanilla latte??? That's not quad expresso. Maybe it's too busy at this location or lack of training. I'll go to a different one.
Drink was made wrong and staff was extremely rude
Service is non existent. You're better off going to the Delaware Ave location because this location is notorious for being very slow. Especially if you order from door dash because they will only prioritize drive through first and in store customers second. So forget about ordering delivery or through the app.
