It wasn't very busy on Valentine's day so my friends and I went to have dinner. The hostess was very unprofessional and was sitting behind the table that you check in at. He didn't greet us and I think was confused what was going on...the lady that took care of us was such a sweetheart. Thinks did take a while and prepare to get all your food at once even if you order an appetizer. Lots of other people standing around and shouting to other people even if they were busy with their own tables, for me that's unprofessional. Would I go back again to eat? Maybe, but not driving out to Ankeny just to eat there.

The worst service in a very long time. Manager had to swing by to ask if we wanted a drink. Server returned once in an hour and a half. Food runner asked if we needed anything, needed plate as we were sharing. First runner brought back promptly, second guy never returned. Had to go to bar to the bar to order another drink, received wrong beer from the waiter that was chatting behind the bar. So good food, recommend the smoked beef tacos on the app menu, awesome. BLT good. Service was terrible.

My family and I ate here while bowling. I understand the ease of frozen cheap food, But to charge such high prices is crazy.

The food was not good. That simple. All the apps we tried were of a low quality. Dumped out of a bag onto a plate with a heavy price tag attached. Do yourself a favor, go for the movie , get some popcorn and skip their “restaurant” experience.

On a Wednesday we went there (2 people) and had excellent experience. 2nd person really enjoyed their Sterling's Melt. Sunday went back with 5 people hoping for similar experience, but 2 ordered the aforementioned Sterling's Melt and the sandwich apparently changed. Now basically a hamburger with Swiss cheese on a regular hamburger bun. Won't return. Very disappointed. Waitress was good though. She said maybe the style of how they made it changed. No, weekend cook got lazy it looks like.

Awful. Our waitress was rude and impatient. The bar was out of several beers we ordered. Food was meh. Took forever to get. We will not eat here again.

The game was fun. That is the most positive thing I can say. I looked forward to going to dinner as we had this planned for a bit. I was completely disappointed in the food. McDonald's is cheaper with higher quality.

Went there for their bingo night with a group of 8. The service was a lot slower than other restaurants to come take drink orders and food orders. I got there at 615 waiting for the rest of my crew but a server didn't come over to the table until after 630. Once drink ordered placed it seemed about 10-15 minutes to get drinks. Only 3 of us has ordered cocktails at that time and the seating area was not full from what I could see. Since we were there early for bingo this wasn't a huge concern with everything being slow as bingo didn't start till 7:30. Once our drinks came, the server did not ask to take our food orders, she left and then after awhile she came back again. The food itself didn't take very long except one person who had a wrap, he didn't get his food till after we had already pretty much ate most of our food so 10 minutes or more after everyone else's food had came. When the server finally got our checks it was probably another 10 minutes to get 3 cards and receipts back. Overall the food was really good especially the nachos with chicken but he cocktails we ordered came in short plastic cups and were 10 dollars. Probably would not buy drinks there again. For one person getting an entree and one cocktail it was 26 dollars before tip. For time reference everyone was at the table by 6:30, bingo started at 7:30 and I didn't leave until almost 9:15, I left probably a couple minutes after I finally received my check.
Lillie was the greatest server ever. She was attentive and respectful. It’s so nice to see nice people.

Went for 80's music trivia night. Server was fantastic. Drinks were ok. Not very strong for top shelf. Food was very good. Had a great time!

We brought a group of kids from our school in for a summer program to see Elemental, play in the arcade, have lunch, and go bowling. We were treated amazing by all staff, and it was a great experience overall! We highly recommend.
