First of all. Person with colored hair working this afternoon was semi rude. Secondly as a Dasher we don't ever want to look into a person bag, so the expectation is that everything the customer orders is in there. Not sure what happened this afternoon but they did not add my customers desserts into the bag and Subway staff never said anything about missing items. Unfortunately I could not go back to this customer due to another order I already had in my car.

Employees tonight were friendly and polite. Veggie sandwich with fresh, crisp veggies and bread soft and flavorful. Usually will go during the day, and have always had fabulous service. It is always clean. I like having Subway so close:)

Restaurant is nice. Maybe all subways stopped allowing veggies to be cut up in salads? I asked if the pepper and onion could be chopped and was told “no we don’t do that”. I then asked if they at least had plastic knifes so I could cut up the veggies and they said “no”. How do you eat a salad with huge chunk a of veggies and not offer to chop for the cost of a minimum give a plastic knife so the customer can?

Newer, nice and clean store across from Ankeny Centennial high school. Stopped in to feed everyone after a choir concert. No problems along with good sandwiches makes for a pleasant experience. Would say it's worth a shot for a quick and good meal .

I love your sandwiches, every time you make them they're amazing.I wanted to give you 5 stars for that, but your association with Doordash delivery drivers ALWAYS gets my address wrong. They're terrible, and I even give them a $2 tip just to bring my sandwiches down the same street and they always get my address wrong. So many times do I update it and say THIS is my address, please hand me my food if it isn't, on a brown Welcome Mat to NORTHWOOD, NOT Cedarwood, and they don't deliver, literally.I hope you get better drivers because your sandwiches and the people that make them, are really good

Me and my boyfriend went and I had the greatest experience I’ve ever had at subway due to this one worker named Adam. He was so kind and made the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. I will forever remember this subway experience and will be forever grateful for Subway on 18th street on Ankeny.

I went to subway for lunch with my boyfriend and was served by an Egyptian named Adam who was the nicest worker I’ve ever talked to he made my sandwich with love and tender care also helped me tie my shoe because I currently cant reach my shoe, he made my experience at subway amazing and I can’t wait to come back!
