I’ve had the same subway order since about a decade, and this is by far the worst it has ever been made. Both mine and my partner’s sandwiches were over toasted to the point that they were crispy and fill-ins weren’t placed well, overall making it just unpleasant to eat.

i love coming in when morgan is working. she is always so helpful and the first and only one to come out and take my order. plus the store is always extra clean when she’s there.

The only person working was doing stuff in the back and didn’t come out when I came in. I waited a couple minutes and she went by where I could see her and I said hi. She rolled her eyes and went back to where I couldn’t see her and didn’t say anything. I waited another 30 seconds and left.

This was my first time at this location. I typically go to another location, but it was on my way back home from an errand. The male that helped me this afternoon was so nice and professional. By the sounds of it he wasn't even scheduled, but picked up the shift. Anyways I wanted to applaud him on how efficient and kind he was, and at the end of the transaction, he reminded me about how I could use coupons online and reminded me on other things. Also the place was really clean.

I noticed they have lots of new subs. I did stay with my favorite, the club. The service was good and the store was clean. For just grabbing two subs to go. We like the coupons that come in the mail. These are great to help my budget.Our sandwiches were made correctly and were good.

Picked up an order to go, ordered 6 inch, every one of them were wrong. Also bread was no bigger than a hot dog bun. All sandwiches were incorrectly made, one even had mayo only, nothing else. Also the veggie had ham on it and the turkey was missing the turkey. So i called they said they would remake, i asked to change them to footlongs since they were so small then had to drive all the way back to pick them up. I thought the least they could do was not charge the extra for the footlong size but oh no, had to pay extra and they were very rude.Will never go back!

The only gripe I have is that Subway discontinued the Chipotle (Southwest) sauce with Baja Chipotle, which is terrible!
