Walked in and placed my order at the kiosk at 12:12pm. Sit in one of the booths for 20 mins waiting for my name to be called and a worker asks my name because she realized how long I had been sitting there. I tell her my name and she goes back to working. 10 more minutes go by which makes a half hour and still no food so I go to the counter to just ask for a refund. Guy comes up and doesn't apologize for the wait but rings up my refund and walks away while I'm still standing there. I have to take my own receipt and I leave. Won't be back soon which is a shame since I work close and get lunch there all the time.

Don't waste your money or time here. The food is always lacking in quality. If you even get what you ordered after waiting upwards of 45 minutes even when they are slow.
The staff has a tendency to be EXTREMELY rude and aggressive towards customers and one another. I've seen staff leave the store crying after getting screamed at for the slightest mistakes.

This is a taco bell, that's the redeeming qualities of this location. Otherwise they forget items all together, or they are messed up if there is any customization to the item, and they are very slow. I usually have to make a couple trips to get the single order correct. If there was another location nearby I would try that one first.

My food was cold. First I ordered a soft and hard taco supreme and a bean and cheese burrito. Second, I live less than 5 minutes away. It was 4ish and I was first in line. All of my food, including the tortillas, were cold. Booo!

Waited forever in drive thru (20 minutes), order was completely wrong, they even forgot some things, put sour cream on something when I specifically asked for no sour cream, one of the employees was definitely high, and they almost forgot my drink. To top it all off, food (the stuff they managed to get in the bag) wasn’t good either. Don’t waste your time. Go to the Taco Johns on S. Ankeny Blvd instead.

The music is way too loud in the dining room. The whole staff were outside smoking weed and I asked if they all washed their hands. I got attitude. 50$ for soggy tacos . Thanks for the experience folks! Not!

There was a special needs employee that kept clean right on top of us when they could of been clean in other parts of the restaurant until we were done eating. It made us felt rushed & like we couldn't have our own conversation at our table. Just made us feel uncomfortable.
