I went through drive thru. The churo's has no visible cin/sugar on them. I tried 2 only to find them without the add-on. I went back to drive thru window. The young man at window was very courteous, but the female employee took it very personal... Lime I was trying to rip them off. A naked churo is like eating puffy cardboard.

$17 for the chulupa combo!?!? I got 30% off through a doordash deal and it still wasn't worth the money. Where's the beef??? Also, I ordered beef as a substitute and I got 1 chulupa with beef and the other chalupa and taco were chicken. I won't be ordering from Taco Bell ever again.

Summer was not very accommodating. Ordering on line? A joke. The location says Oralabor rd then says Ankeny blvd. Bank says oralabor rd both locations say there is nothing they can do. My order was not there. Summer “manager” called me hon??? What who says that? Nothing she can do but offer me a 1 800 number. I’m out 41 dollars with no food. Honestly 1 star is too much.

The man in the drive thru taking orders is very disrespectful. I received ice cold food. I came back to ask for it remade because I had already waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line to receive cold food and he kept speaking over me. I want a refund and to be contacted. I already left feedback on the app and will be calling corporate. Hire more competent people if you cant keep up.

Guess it's mandatory to round up here. Today makes the fourth time I said No to rounding up and they still charge for it.
I do not like leaving bad reviews. I am disappointed with them after tonight’s order. Cheesy fiesta potatoes were rock hard (not exaggerating) I couldn’t finish them, I should have taken a photo they were almost black. The food was also not warm. We ordered chalupas and the bread was hard. Will definitely not be going back for a while. I wish they would have packaged it nicely, we opened the chalupa and half the toppings fell onto the floor. $27 dollars in this economy to get this type of service is unfortunate.

The challupas in deluxe box are hard as hell and they don't give out military discounts or 1st responder discounts, strictly senior citizens o will never eat here again. And I strongly suggest anyone that supports the military or the guys in blue to do the same, amd there was another restaurant, wait different chain that was taco John's had a good experience there. I'd recommend taco John's over this place.
