I'm torn about this place. The food is usually really good. The drive-thru service is usually pretty good the dining room service. However, I wasn't pleased with last night. I ordered food for me and my family through the app because they would not help me at the counter and then when my food was ready they didn't call my name. They didn't announce my number they didn't do anything. My food sat on the counter for 10 to 12 minutes before I got up and asked for my food and they said oh yeah here it is and I said don't you call people's names or their numbers and she says no we don't do that. I was very disappointed with this, so I recommend management to train their staff a little better to focus on customer service.

We all know what to expect of Taco Bell, and that's why I came here via their drive-thru on a weekday night, as I wanted a simple, predictable set of crunchy tacos quickly and seamlessly. I got it, no frills. Great customer service by Bryson!

My daughters thoroughly enjoy Taco Bell. I don't entirely understand the draw, but I enjoyed my dinner and also enjoyed making my daughters happy with this treat. I thought the price was a little on the expensive side, but I could have easily ordered off the value menu, so that was my fault. The food was good. Customer service was friendly and professional. The store seemed clean. I recommend Taco Bell on Oralabor.
Vegetarian options: You can always ask for items to be made without meat.
Dietary restrictions: You can ask for dietary information.
Read the ticket slips. I’m tired of paying extra to sub chicken and then getting where I’m going just to find out yall ignored my order and just used that nasty ground beef anyways

I won't be going back . The place was nasty . The floor looked like it hasn't been mopped In days the tables are all filthy, dirty. Trash all over the place . Behind the counter was just as bad . Windows look they not been clean in forever. My taco was crushed when I got it. When I was leaving there was no one around . When I went outside all employees was out in one car . I don't know what they was doing . This was my 1st time at this taco bell and my last. Only thing good was my soda
Parking: Parking lot was cleanest part of whole place.
Lunch shift, drive thru, the guy never puts napkins in the bag (every visit in Dec and Jan 25), and you won't get the sauce packets that you order. Today inside, the make line person isn't paying attention to how they arrange ingredients in burritos. Plain rice at one end, dry chicken with cheese in the middle and a single glob of sauce at the bottom.
Please do better. I'm tired of driving extra distance to my alt for days I just want to be sure it's right.

I come here often, I cant help but be addicted to the doritos locos tacos. I came 12/27/24 at 8:30pm, please please please give the around 20 year old man with dark hair and a beard who was working this night a nice raise or I will scream sob non stop in every taco bell’s dining area for the next 30 years. Sorry I do not know his name. Thanks:D

This is a complaint . we sat there for 30 min and there were no employees working and some of them were outside trying to call ,as a doordash was a pain I was so disappointed.
