Nice portion sizes, fresh food, staff is friendly and restaurant is very clean. Have done dine in and pick up, both were fast with food being freshly cooked. Sushi rolls are a bit messy, really delicious however!

This lil place is absolutely delicious. Such a unique and amazing flavor. My fav Asian place I've been to. Highly recommend and they're super fast too!! Oh!! And they open at 1030 which is perfect for construction workers lol

I really like this place. They never screw up orders. Food Quality is always spot on and fresh every time. Prices are fair for what you get too. I think the guy at this location is one of the owners and he's always friendly as well. Nothing but good experiences here and I've been several times and will keep bringing in business.

I normally don’t have any issue everytime I order food to take out. But today The teriyaks steak is so dry and chewy but the crab ragoon it’s good. Today 5/06/2025 @ 6 pm.

Love this place it's as close to the teriyaki I use to get on the coast, love the sauce only thing I'll say is sometimes the chicken is way dry but every is usually fire

I ordered a steak bowl with noodles. It came with a salad. I also ordered chicken egg rolls. My friend ordered a chicken bowl with rice salad and an order of crab Rangoon. We went to the Ankeny location. The restaurant was clean, and the young lady who took our order was helpful when we ordered. I wish I could say I loved the food but can't. Having said that, they have 3 locations, so they must be doing something right!!

Great hole in the wall sushi place. Not a very big selection but great price, taste, and quality. If this place was closer I’d come here every week.
It had been a couple years since I was in the area and ate here last. Hudson was very friendly and helped me recall what we ate last time by recounting the ingredients in each rule and getting me exactly what we wanted.
The scarlet roles and spicy edamame were amazing.
I was surprised at how thick the spicy mayo and eel sauces were!

Ordered here. Food came on time. The salad that they say comes with the meal. Comes in the same box as the hot food…. Making the lettuce hot… who wants hot lettuce????

I've been a long time lover of this place for about 5 years, so I would consider myself a regular, however I'm leaving this review now after an interaction that left me feeling so special! I unassumingly went inside after they had closed by ten minutes since the open sign was still lit (they had reduced their hours by 30 minutes since the last time I was there), I was greeted by the same girl that helps me almost every time and explained that they had closed ten minutes ago and that they are limited on the menu but she would still take my order! I apologised profusely since had I known I obviously would not have went in. Not only did she take my order but also gave me extra chicken on top of that, and on one occasion she had given me free Crab Rangoon! I didn't catch her name but she sure knows how to keep customers, I'm so shocked by the way she treated me and I want to say thank you for being absolutely incredible, so this review is for her!! I can't promise you the same treatment but I can promise you delicious food and great customer service. My favourite restaurant of all time by far <3333
