Discovered this place while door dashing and decided to give it a try. Maybe I ordered the wrong stuff, but I ordered 3 different items online and picked up my food as it was just being finished. Ate in my car so it would be fresh, but was disappointed in the quality of 2 out of the 3 things I ordered.The crab rangoons were good, but the pork dumplings were lacking flavor, and the chicken katsu tasted like it wasn't seasoned at all.Everything was hot and fresh, but as far as quality, it was about what I'd expect from a mediocre all you can eat buffet.

The proteins are cooked well and the ginger dressing is fantastic. The chicken katsu is an absolute must for an appetizer. The prices have really jumped...expect around $20-25/person after tip. When Ken was cooking, he cooked salmon with the skin and made the skin crispy...a real treat. Unfortunately, the new crew doesn't do the same. Gnats were flying around during last visit.
Everything was exceptional! The food was so fresh and wonderful. We all got different things and each was delicious, especially the crab rangoon. It was clean and the employees were so delightful. Will definitely come here again!

My lettuce tasted like dish soap and gave me stomach cramps. I would recommend going to the location in West Des Moines. I never had trouble there and they also offer boba.

Catered food for my daughter's birthday party and everything was amazing! Ken made everything so seemless. Personally delivered the food to the party location and set everything up. We have always loved Teriyaki House and so happy we decided to cater from there. All of the guests kept saying the food was delicious!

Great price for good teriyaki! Their team was very awesome even when I had a small accident and spilled some food. I was so embarrassed but the host attended to it quickly when I offered to clean. Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was delicious and perfect portions.

I started going here a few months ago for the health benefits for food on the go and I absolutely love this place. It is right on pace price wise with everything else that is fast and healthy. My go to for my macro friendly meal is the Chicken and White Rice with no salad. I also add the spicy mayo sauce to my rice and it makes it amazing! I speak highly of this place to people in the fitness community looking for a quick healthy meal on the go.
The actual food was not at all like the photos. Scallop was tiny and chicken was dry. Very overpriced for the low quality food and cooking.

This used to be one of our favorite spots to go. The food used to be cooked fresh and the steak was always tender and smokey. But not any more. Looks like they just cook everything on a dirty flat top that they just keep spraying Pam on. The steak was terrible, it took forever to chew to finally get it down. The noodles were good, the sauce is great. The crab rangoons and the Scarlett roll were great as well. But I always loved the steak and the fact that everything was clean and fresh but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

First, I want to say that the food was pretty good. That said, the place is simply dirty. The tables needed to be wiped down, the floors are filthy, and there is sticky substance on almost every surface I encountered. I will not repeat.
