Sunday morning I came in to pick up door dash order from an employee that’s been super rude to me many times before. He expected me to carry out 4 bags and 5 drinks by myself. Asked for a drink carrier and he said if u say please. I finally said please and he was like say it nicer or I’m not giving it to u. I said just give me a drink carrier. He said I don’t have to give u anything. I asked for his name and he said I don’t have to give u anything and I don’t have to give u my name. Super rude and creepy grin on his face knowing hes gonna get by w it. I’ve never heard of a customer service Person be so downright mean and rude. Hope he’s reading this and yes I escalated it to corporate !

Wendy's offers some options that I enjoy better than McDonald's. My go-tos are the $5 and $6 Biggie Baskets. You get a delicious burger, soft drink, fries, and chicken nuggets for $5 or $6. Customer service is always fast, professional, and kind. Parking is free and more than ample as there is a large, free parking lot. Wendy's offers good food for a great value, and I recommend this location.

This Wendy’s is an absolute nightmare. I don’t even know where to start. First, the place was filthy — dirty tables, sticky floors, and the bathroom was in disgusting condition. Then, I ordered a simple meal, and it took 20 minutes for my food to come out, even though there was no one else in line. When I finally got my meal, the fries were cold, soggy, and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. The burger? Dry, tasteless, and barely warm, with half the toppings missing. And the staff? They couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my presence, let alone be polite. I honestly don’t know how this place stays in business. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere but here. This was by far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.
