Ordered through DoorDash. I purchased 30 traditional wings; 20 BBQ, 10 Mild, side of ranch. The BBQ wings were super saucy and were hot! Price comparison to Buffalo Wild Wings is Wing Stop is approximately 50% cheaper but they are 150% better quality wings! The Mild wings were not as saucy and did not have much flavor. Would not order again.

They accepted my scheduled delivery order on fight night. Two hours after the scheduled times half my order was delivered. No way to get a refund or contact anyone online. Calling results in no answer and a full voicemail not accepting messages. Won’t be back and forced to do a chargeback on my credit to them to get a refund. Time to close or get staffed correctly- it’s not like the food here is cheap….

Waited over 2hrs for my food and when i finally got it the wings were extremely greasy the fries weren't done even though i asked for them to be well done. Didn't even end up eating them bcz no way were those edible tried giving them another chance and look what i got place has definitely gone down hill 100% don't recommend.

The food was fixed perfect this time. The cashier is hard to understand and appears to not understand English very well. The store itself is dirty wth tons of flies flying around. I was going to use the restroom but I walked in there and changed my mind decided to hold it. There was feces all on the toilet seat under the lid, looked like feces on back of toilet seat, trash everywhere, smelled horrible. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. It was absolutely disgusting, very sad to see it go down hill like this. Please bring it back up to par. Based on how the store and bathroom looked i was almost afraid to eat the food.

Waited 1 and a half hours and they ignored us and got rong order bring a pillow and blanket not coming back
Placed order in person/in store. Spent over $100, waited over an hour. Drove 1/2 hour home to not even have our full order!! My fault apparently for not checking our bag before we left. Store was very dirty and unorganized. Tried to call and speak to someone about our missing food, no one answered the phone and the voice mailbox is full, Surprise, suprise!! Will NEVER go there again!!!
