We walked in starving for buffalo fries we ordered and waited a good 20 mins while they gave other people who came in after us there food first after we got are buffalo fries we open the box and this shit ain't got no ranch barley any buffalos just sad, depressive service just a bunch of kids playing in my food

Spent 50 bucks on a party for my friends and I. They served raw chicken and hardly cooked, still cold fries. When i asked for a refund they gave me a manager's number that I had to call 3 times and got no answer. Don't come here they will scam you out of your money. if I could rate it 0 I would.

I think it’s honestly time to shut this location down…I have never invested less than 1 hour of my time waiting on this unprofessional, understaffed, slow rolling place. Everyone seems to be incompetent. It’s a shame I had to even give them one star in order to post a review.

I ordered three wing combos with drinks got the food but the drinks did not show up which is ridiculous. I called 5 times for the dasher and the building and they did not respond. So if you want a complete order go somewhere else that will.

I paid for food and was told that it would be 40 minutes because a working was alone.i ask for my money back and didn't get it.employee gave me change and a receipt. Instead of arguing, I was so disappointed at 3 other staff coming in the back looking like they was high smiling.employee explain that his whole staff was late. The whole set up was bogus and if Rick Ross heard about this he would not be happy because he don't conduct business like that. This is a black owned business and should be represented way better. You wouldn't do Walmart like that. Ross should have faith that the people representing his restaurant chains should understand he worked hard own his restaurants.i easy at wing stops in other states and this is the only bad seed of the bunch. Otherwise I'm gone keep supporting ? and I encourage others to try the food @ wingstop even at that location.

Let me start by saying it if I have a negative visit, I always go back a second time just to make sure I was right or wrong. On the first trip, my daughter made an online order. We were given a time that the order would be ready and we arrived at the specified time. Due to inadequate staffing, and only one person working, it took an additional 30 minutes for a food to be ready. I also witnessed the individual working, answer the phone and declining orders. On my second trip in, I simply asked for a gift card for my daughters birthday. I was told that none of the staff were aware on how to process a gift card and if there's nothing they can do to help me l. The order preceding me was wrong and the customer had to fight to get it corrected. The staff seemed very uninterested in to correct the issue. Personally, I thought the food was marginal at best and I will not return.

Horrible customer service, the employees are rude and ignore customers as they come in…. Ordered online, came to pick up food after 30 minutes and food was not even started yet…. Had to wait another 40 minutes in the store. Will never go back again.

Wingstop is excellent and they have a new manager Phil who is the nicest manager they have ever had an I would highly recommend him and all the staff. The wings are excellent matter fact there so good that I'm a daily customer. I would highly recommend there food.

Every time I have ordered from here, they have messed it up. One time they forgot half of my twenty count wings and two sauces I ordered. Then when I ordered delivery through the WingStop app, they claimed that they never got the order when I called asking where it was at. They need to get it together because they’ve burned me twice now.

Honestly this place deserves 0 stars. Ordered online, was told order would take 16-21 minutes. Showed up at the 18 minute mark. They asked my name. The guy literally turned and started making my order.... after another 30 minute wait, finally got my order but it was wrong. I was 4 wings short, didn't get any Bleu cheese (ordered 2), and they gave me a wrong wing flavor. This place used to be amazing, what happened???
