Amazing Parmesan crusted shrimp appetizer, OMG!!!! And squid inked fettuccine with such a wonderful and creamy sauce… to die for! Then… dessert so good!!
Ciao Boji is a really nice spot to take in lunch and probably dinner. We stopped in for lunch and we were very pleased with the selections for drinks and food. We had a lovely sparkling rose to start with. We both had the soup of the day which was in this case a tomato bisque. It was delicious. We split a chicken parmesan sandwich which was plenty for each of us. The service from Abbie was splendid. She took good care of our every need. We plan to go back soon to try the dinner menu.
Great place to eat but reviewing the hostess answering the phone. The website states take out and delivery but when we called the person that answered was annoyed when we asked if they did delivery and then stated “and we’re not doing take out either, we’re way too busy” and then just hung up on us. Probably won’t go back but it’s a popular place so we won’t be missed I’m sure.
Great food, great service. Food very flavorful. Price reasonable. Menu small but what they serve makes up for that. Highly recommend
First, I would like to give a shout out to my awesome server, Sarah. She was amazing, attentive and kind. She is probably the nicest person I've met in this town. The food at this restaurant is very good.-The ceasar salad was fresh and delicious.-The chicken marsala sauce was flavorful and the chicken was so tender and juicy.-The creme brulee was so good!I would definitely come back to Ciao Boji to eat again.
This restaurant has some of the best flavors in the Iowa Great Lakes. The owners were personable and humble. The atmosphere was lively but private. This is a top tier experience that is a must visit at the lakes.
A favorite of mine to grab lunch in the lakes area. Wonderful, friendly service every time and the food is always great. The tuna burger is must try!
Quaint atmosphere. It’s small so it feels like you have the entire serving staff and chef to yourself. The food? To die for…I had the lasagna with Caesar Side and the Caesar was the best I’ve ever had. The lasagna was amazing, too.
Visited this quaint bistro on my birthday. Friendly staff. Appetizer, wine. I had the squid dye pasta with shrimp& and scallops. Bread with vinegar and oil served apres hors d'oeuvre. Very tasty food.
Food fantastic, from the garlic spinach salad, the lamb shank and chop, couscous, to la piece de resistance, Tiramasu, and Cannoli, prepared by Chef Juliana, was a great way to celebrate our anniversary! Thank you.

Excellent lasagna & service!
Love this place! The staff is amazing and they menu is unique and the prices are fair.
We arrived at 6pm for dinner. There were 5 or 6 open spots yet. We stood in the entry I’m unsure of what to do. This place is not very big so basically not busy at this point. I did finally ask if we seat ourselves and the waitress said yes. We ordered drinks and then an appetizer. It took almost an hour to get our appetizer and we had to flag down the waitress to get another drink while waiting. Our main course came at least 40 minutes after the appetizer. The mashed potatoes that were placed very appealing on the plate were cold. The chicken parm and asparagus was very good though. I was hoping to order dessert but after two hours of waiting I was ready to leave. The service was not what I had expected. With that said, the young man who appeared to be barely old enough to work was very attentive, removing dishes and keeping water full. His service was excellent!
Loved our experience here great food great service
Good god their food is delicious. Perfectly cooked seafood, pasta, and veggies. My mom and I shared the Squid Ink pasta and the Branzino (sea bass) and each bite was better than the last. We topped it off with house made cannolis that were to die for. Our server was a delight and very good at her profession, and the owners are savvy and lively to chat with. Eat here as soon a you can! You won't be disappointed.
