They are not nice to the customers and didn’t pack my food well enough, so it ended up all over the bag. They’re complaining to me as a customer like come on pls!

The food is amazing, and not too expensive. Everyone who has served us has been really sweet. Not all speak English the best, but they strive to do well. Not fancy inside, but clean and cute.

Locks the door 15-30 minutes before closing just spent $40 and didn’t even get my order has a 24 hour sign and isn’t even open 24 hours honestly just take it down at that point and I don’t think it’s possible to get a refund.
Locks the door before closing so if you have a mobile order you can just get bent, nice sign that says open 24 hours when it’s not. Just take down the sign or actually be open for 24 hours

Our favorite Mexican food in the area ... not the typical Mexican-American food found throughout town -it's Mexican with just a few American flares. Fast-casual style dining.

Takeout experience was just inadequate, twice we have ordered and both times we were charge for things we never received. Called and spoke with a employee named John that said he would compensate us...
No delivery...
Super disappointed in the service and their store standards.

They are fast food but with real food and authentic Latin dishes. They have some things that are American inspired like the amazing 'Super Fries'(French fries covered in queso, sour cream, guacamole and your choice of meat) they are amazing

The menu and the register prices do not match any of the menu items. I didn't complain about this at the counter because it wasn't that big a difference. I am merely adding it to make the staff aware so it can be corrected. On our $56 order, we were charged an additional $2.73 before tax that the menu reflected different prices for. This is not the true reason for the poor review though. On January 4th at about 11pm the lady working dropped a churro on the floor for our order and then picked it up off of the floor and placed it into the fryer. We notified the guy who took our order, and it seems that he didn't understand what we said cause he looked for it on the floor, and she said she threw it in the trash. He looked in the trash and didn't find it but said he'd make 2 new ones cause he couldn't find the one that fell. (Obviously it can't be found because she fried it anyway...) probably should have paid more attention to them bagging the food because they may have still given us the one that fell on the floor. I say this because I could see them all wrapped on the counter. Things like this don't happen by accident, which is a major food safety concern and should be addressed with the employee accordingly by whoever the manager of this restaurant is.
