Family owned and operated. Authentic Mexican food with a full menu, bar, and daily lunch buffet. Great food and service (we will give allowance for our new waiters' learning curve)! I definitely recommend the buffet! Quality food that you don't usually see on buffets like fresh fajita (my favorite) mix and it might be the best salsa I've ever had. We'll be back soon!

This place is as authentic as you can get. They brought us free chips and salsa as soon as we sat down, and extra bowls of chips for the large table. The food was top notch, the server was incredibly friendly and got all of our orders (EIGHT of them) right, despite many of us having special requests. The food came out quickly, too, which surprised me. We ended up sharing many dishes with one another because of how good they tasted. The portions are great for the price, and the music was a nice touch. La Barca absolutely deserves this five star rating.Vegetarian options: Entire section devoted to vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: Full kids menu with options for sides (we swapped out rice for fries).

Wonderful lunch buffet! Several delicious entrees, the rice and beans are always tasty, the fresh vegetable toppings and condiments are plentiful and the dessert items are a good way to end our meal!! My sister and I meet and then drive 45 minutes to have an enjoyable lunch and time to reminisce about our lives, families, and good food! La Barca is perfect for us! Susan and Sally

Food was ok. Fairly good but nothing special. Service here was pretty bad. Although the waitress was nice enough, she took her time taking our drink order, then our food order. Then she brought out our food piece by piece. It's a bummer when you get your hot fajita platter, but no sides. The. You get your sides, but still no tortillas. Then you're halfway done with your meal and the tortillas finally come out. One of us still had no meal when most of us were done. Empty drinks everywhere. The grand finale was chasing down the waitress twice to beg for our check. I won't be back.

2 stars, for the Slowest service I've ever had at an authentic Hispanic place, waitress was fairly rude ignoring our table for the first 20 minutes at the restaurant , but the food was hot and delicious .

Great Mexican restaurant and excellent food. Good for a large group and menu was extensive. Service was good even though staff was limited they served 13 of us in a timely manner at lunch time.
